I stayed here for one night in September and then another night in October as I was attending a couple of concerts/talks at the O2 then. The location is perfect as its literally across the street from the tube entrance/exit. It also only took 25 minutes from when the concert finished (Lady Gaga gig) to me entering my hotel room, which I think is amazing! I have nothing but praise for the hotel and would definitely stay again, in fact I have another event at the O2 next year and already plan to book this hotel for it. The room was spotlessly clean, very modern and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast options were also very good with plenty of well stocked items and seating.

Lovely, clean hotel. Really comfortable. Lovely touch of a cake and card for my birthday. They even fulfilled my room request for a room overlooking the O2, as we were seeing a concert there. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the French gentleman on reception, who keenly checked us in and kindly checked us out. He is a credit to the establishment. Unfortunately our air con machine kept coming on every hour overnight and we couldn't work out how to keep it turned off. When we turned it off it'd just turn on again, quite loudly. The staff said they'd look into this. We didn't push for any compensation or refund because we were so pleased with the otherwise fantastic quality of the hotel. We'd definitely recommend ibis canning town and would stay here again! Made us smile to see the robotic vacuum cleaner in the corridor in the morning!

Stayed for 5 nights. Lovely welcome on arrival, easy and quick check in. Clean room, a bit small but got used to it. Great heater/air con. Great travel by DLR/ underground. Look out for little robot hoovers! Cute! Good choice at breakfast Friendly staff. Tahir on breakfast a hard worker. I’d stay again when in London

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and have everything you need for a comfortable visit. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the breakfast experience. The area where the food is served is quite small, which often leads to long lines and small trays becoming empty very quickly. Additionally, the seating area fills up quickly during peak times. On a few occasions, we had to sit at a coffee table, which made breakfast less comfortable and enjoyable. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. With a bit of improvement in how breakfast is managed, it would be close to perfect.

I had a very good stay at the Ibis Canning Town London Hotel. The location is fantastic – right across from the Canning Town station, making it super easy to get around London. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Still, everything was well-maintained and practical. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The bar and lounge area was a nice spot to relax, and the breakfast offered a solid selection to start the day. Overall, a great choice for both short business trips and city breaks. I’d happily stay here again!
