It was an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the prices were extremely affordable. It was very nice to be offered hot drinks at the hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay. Thank you.

Modern hotel with good transport options

I enjoyed my stay at this modern hotel in room 607. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are tidy and very modern. The breakfast was good with enough options for me, but it can get busy due to the smaller lobby size so try to go early or later in the morning. There are some good transportation options nearby however if you want to access the subway, you will need to navigate the streets. The water dispenser at the lobby is nice and they also have a coffee machine available for a guests to use at anytime. Be aware that the hotel is on a corner block and next a major road and train line but the noise from outside wasn't too bad if you keep your window closed (which is what the hotel prefers anyways). Bring earplugs if you are concerned with noise. I would consider staying here again.

Matteo at the front desk was super helpful. Although there was a long line at check in he handled everything with a friendly and professional demeanor. It made me know I was choosing the right hotel for my visit and I enjoyed my time at Ibis Styles. Hotels forget how important that first impression is. This hotel does it right.

This is a typical Ibis Styles hôtel which provides a predictably good standard of accommodation. The rooms are small, but adequate and the included breakfast is excellent. The best aspect of this hotel is its location between 2 tram lines which give easy access to the city centre of Vienna. There are several restaurants within walking distance and several bars. The rooms are well soundproofed.

Right from the start this hotel was amazing. The greetings from staff on arrival was very friendly and efficient. We took advantage of early check in, so within minutes we were in our room. And gosh, it was so modern and cheerful, with large windows and even a small balcony, that was a surprise. Road/train line view, but quiet with door closed. The bed and tv were extra large and the lights were cosy, but no plug socket near the mirror. Room spotless clean, felt new. The ambience of the hotel itself with its pretty lights was cheerful, colourful and felt safe at all times, inside and in the area outside. Free hot drinks from the vending machine. Trendy hotel bar and seating area and 3 bars nearby (but the Blaustern was expensive). Small supermarket, also bakery, one minute away, but road busy with cars. The staff were helpful with information telling us where to get tram tickets. The tram stop is opposite the hotel, and goes to the centre Schottentor, and tram 37 or 38 to get back. Takes about 10 minutes and quite often. We recommend this hotel 100%. So very pleased we chose it and fantastic value too.
