We had a lovely stay in the hotel. Location is great and very near a metro stop and tram stop. The metro was fast and efficient for getting around Vienna. The room was really good. Beds were comfortable, the air con worked well and wasn't noisy. The hotel is on a busy street but there was no road noise at night and we slept well. Couldn't hear other guests either. We were on the 8th floor in a room with a balcony.  We enjoyed the breakfast too. Plenty of choice. The Reception staff and Breakdast Room staff were lovely and really helpful. Overall a great stay and I'd recommend the hotel as a great value for money place to stay in Vienna.

It was an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the prices were extremely affordable. It was very nice to be offered hot drinks at the hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay. Thank you.

Modern hotel with good transport options

I enjoyed my stay at this modern hotel in room 607. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are tidy and very modern. The breakfast was good with enough options for me, but it can get busy due to the smaller lobby size so try to go early or later in the morning. There are some good transportation options nearby however if you want to access the subway, you will need to navigate the streets. The water dispenser at the lobby is nice and they also have a coffee machine available for a guests to use at anytime. Be aware that the hotel is on a corner block and next a major road and train line but the noise from outside wasn't too bad if you keep your window closed (which is what the hotel prefers anyways). Bring earplugs if you are concerned with noise. I would consider staying here again.

Matteo at the front desk was super helpful. Although there was a long line at check in he handled everything with a friendly and professional demeanor. It made me know I was choosing the right hotel for my visit and I enjoyed my time at Ibis Styles. Hotels forget how important that first impression is. This hotel does it right.

Excellent standard hotel

This is a typical Ibis Styles hôtel which provides a predictably good standard of accommodation. The rooms are small, but adequate and the included breakfast is excellent. The best aspect of this hotel is its location between 2 tram lines which give easy access to the city centre of Vienna. There are several restaurants within walking distance and several bars. The rooms are well soundproofed.
