It's also wonderful that you appreciated the convenience of our fitness room and the availability of breakfast. However, we sincerely apologise for the challenges you encountered during check-in and the subsequent issues with the invoice delivery. We are reviewing your comments with our team to improve our service and prevent such issues in the future. Additionally, we apologise for any oversight regarding the separate key for the fitness room, which strive to communicate clearly to our guests. We are also addressing the housekeeping intrusion with our staff to ensure strict adherence to our privacy policies. Nevertheless we are delighted that you enjoyed our hotel's location. Our proximity to the city center and nearby train station offers easy access to Vienna's attractions, including a convenient journey to the convention center.
