I wish if I could give the hotel rating more than 5 stars. The service has been great and everything was smooth upon our arrival. Staff were so friendly and supportive, the room was not ready as we came very early, but they kept the luggage for us. Breakfast is phenomenal, loved the variety and the amazingly helpful and warm staff Magda and Yourek! Both are so warm, diligent extremely professional! They made my breakfast experience so unforgettable!

There is nothing not to like about Hotel Mercure Vienna First. A good location less than five minutes from the Metro, it is within walking distance to all the central attractions. The foyer staff are friendly and helpful; the housekeeping staff excellent and welcoming; and at breakfast, Yourek and Magda are beyond excellent. Warm and comfortable in a good location and with excellent staff, this is the hotel to choose.
