Se siete a vienna per pochi giorni la posizione è ottima. Gli uber o i taxi Bolt sono sempre vicini ed economici, come anche la fermata della metro è molto vicina. L'unica pecca era che c'erano un po' di formiche nella stanza e nel piano intero e che il bagno era comunicante con la stanza, quindi tutti gli odori restavano nella stanza. Pulizia nella media

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 4 al 6 agosto e possiamo dire con assoluta sincerità che è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. Vorrei innanzitutto dedicare una menzione speciale al personale, perché è davvero difficile trovare tanta gentilezza, educazione e disponibilità. Al nostro arrivo siamo state accolte da Magdalena, che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in hotel prima del check-in e ci ha inoltre invitato ad accomodarci nel salotto dell’hotel, dove abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione una macchina per caffè e altre bevande, oltre ad acqua fresca. Un servizio gratuito davvero apprezzatissimo. Al momento del check-in abbiamo conosciuto Tamara, una ragazza davvero eccezionale: gentilissima, professionale, cordiale, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Purtroppo, entrando nella prima stanza assegnataci ci è stato un piccolo imprevisto. Siamo tornate in reception per segnalarlo e devo dire che Tamara e Konstantin. Entrambi hanno gestito la situazione con una professionalità e una gentilezza davvero rare. Il problema è stato risolto in pochissimi istanti, senza alcuna discussione o attesa: ci è stata immediatamente assegnata un’altra stanza e, nonostante per noi fosse stato un inconveniente davvero minimo e prontamente risolto, ci sono stati offerti anche due drink a nostra scelta come gesto di cortesia. È proprio in questi piccoli momenti che si riconosce la qualità di una struttura: non nell’assenza assoluta di imprevisti, ma nel modo in cui vengono gestiti. L’hotel, si presenta in maniera elegante e raffinata. Gli ambienti sono curati e accoglienti. Ma ciò che ci ha colpite maggiormente è stata la pulizia impeccabile. Infine, un ringraziamento speciale anche a Sabrina e il barista, che si sono è dimostrati, proprio come il resto dello staff, gentilissimi, educati e disponibile. In conclusione, consigliamo questo hotel ad occhi chiusi. È raro trovare una struttura riesce a unire insieme eleganza, pulizia e professionalità del personale. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro soggiorno a Vienna ancora più bello. Sicuramente torneremo!

Io e la mia amica abbiamo deciso di soggiornare qui per due notti per il nostro viaggio a Vienna. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La struttura è molto bella e accogliente, appena entrate si sentiva un buon profumo. La stanza confortevole e pulita; insonorizzata, infatti chiusa la finestra non si sentiva nulla, nonostante ci fossero dei lavori in corso nelle vicinanze. La zona è molto carina e tranquilla e l’hotel si trova a cinque minuti dalla metro e dalla fermata dei tram. Anche il personale molto cortese. Consiglio tantissimo di soggiornare qui

Il servizio parcheggio viene elencato tra i servizi hotel nella descrizione ma poi lo fanno pagare oltre la prenotazione…..comunicazione un po’ ambigua Bagno suddiviso tra WC e zona lavabo doccia, il lavabo e’ aperto al centro della stanza……decisamente poca privacy Illuminazione non funzionale: per andare in bagno o altro ogni ospite disturba gli altri

La stanza era molto accogliente e pulita, i sanitari perfettamente funzionanti come l’aria condizionata. Posizione vicino alla metro, quindi adatta a raggiungere il centro o qualsiasi altro posto velocemente

Mi sono trovato molto bene nel soggiornare in questo hotel, mi era stato raccomandato da un amico e non ha deluso le mie aspettative. L'hotel è ben posizionato e si trova vicino ad alcuni tram e la metropolitana verde e marrone. Il letto era comodo e la stanza pulita. Il personale è stato fin da subito cordiale e gentile, il check-in è stato veloce.

Hotel molto grazioso, pulito e posizionato in un punto strategico vista la vicinanza della fermata dell'autobus e della metro, dove si può raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi zona di Vienna. Personale disponibile e gentile. Colazione abbondante e variegata. L'unica pecca il bagno cieco (senza finestra) senza bidet e senza areazione forzata. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni camere bellissime moderne ed estremamente pulite colazione meravigliosa con ampia scelta. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana ai pullman e tram. In 15 minuti si arriva in centro Vienna
