Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni camere bellissime moderne ed estremamente pulite colazione meravigliosa con ampia scelta. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana ai pullman e tram. In 15 minuti si arriva in centro Vienna

Soggiorno molto piacevole ,camera piccola ma super accessoriata,pulita e confortevole. Proprio a pochi passi c'è L. fermata del tram,a 9 minuti della metro,quindi ogni luogo della città facilmente raggiungibile. Dalle 6 alle 18 si ha L. possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di bevande calde come tè, cappuccino, caffè, cioccolata calda. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Personale estremamente disponibile e preparato. Quando abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento in camera il ragazzo alla reception si è subito adoperato per risolvere il problema nel più breve tempo possibile. E ad ogni informazione che abbiamo per visitare la città ci hanno dato indicazioni chiare e facili da seguire.

L'hotel ha tanti punti di forza (posizione comodissima, una bella hall accogliente con buone tisane, un bel bar, camere moderne), ma il bagno in camera per noi è stato un punto molto negativo per via della quasi totale assenza di privacy
