La professionalità è di casa in questo magnifico hotel: posizione centrale, camera molto bella ma anche ben organizzata negli spazi, personale cordiale; nello specifico voglio ringraziare di cuore Joebelle per la sua professionalità e bravura (essendo il mio compleanno ci ha fatto l'upgrade della stanza e mi ha fatto trovare uno splendido palloncino in stanza: ha reso il soggiorno un po più speciale). Vivamente consigliato

Siamo stati molto ben accolti alla reception dall'ottimo Daniel, e da tutte/i le/i receptionist. Siamo stati accolti e ben consigliati al Das Loft dalla brava Damaris e da tutte le receptionist. Nella sala Das Loft ci ha ben consigliati ed assistiti il puntuale Vito e tutto il personale di sala. Le camere sono moderne, puilite e funzionali. Torneremo.

Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto cordiale, parlava italiano molto bene, ci ha fatto un upgrade da una camera executive ad una suite executive gratuitamente, avevo chiesto di decorare la stanza con rose e petali di rose siccome ho soggiornato per San Valentino, ed anche questo è stato fatto gratuitamente, che dire è stato un soggiorno perfetto, l’unico pelo sull’uovo che potrei azzardare a dire è di Das Loft con l’assenza di area fumatori (senza terrazza) e prezzi un po’ tanto alti soprattutto per la cena di San Valentino, però che dire l’esculività si paga ma questo immagino non dipenda da voi SO/ Vienna, porgo un grosso saluto e spero di risoggiornare presto da voi.
