We sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the elevator sound, particularly during the night. We understand how even an intermittent sound can affect your sleep, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding the room allocation. We will share your feedback with our team for consideration. For your next visit, we will be more than happy to arrange our best and quietest available room away from the elevator to ensure you have a more comfortable and restful stay. Regarding the refrigerator light, we would also like to share that the light can actually be switched off. We apologize if this was not clear or communicated during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We also appreciate your comments regarding the closet design. Your feedback is valuable as we continue to look for ways to enhance our guests' comfort and experience.
