シャワーが温水が出難い時があった

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the odor from the bathroom drain, the presence of small insects, and the inconsistency of hot water in the shower. In addition, we have notified our pest control partner to conduct a deep treatment in the affected areas to prevent any recurrence. Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests is always our top priority.
