2 nights stay from 08.April-10.April 2025. Arrived on april 8th, got a room on the 7th floor, checked in. Two room cards didn't work. Went back down to the lobby, the reception reset the cards still didn't work. Went back down again, they reset it again, still didn't work. 3rd try, they said they were going to send a technician. Problem solved. The toilet sit was sh*t. It moved around and when I tried to close it, some plastic tiles just fell on the floor. The next day was outside the whole day, came back after 10pm, the room cards didn't work again. Repeated the process 2more times. At 11pm something, I asked the reception if I could do a late check out and how much it would cost. They say 50% of the room rate. Deal, paid. 10.April supposed to have time until 5pm because of the paid late check out. Got a call at 11am that we should move room to the 1st floor because they are going to change the carpet in the corridor so they will close the floor for the time being. WTF, Nobody cared to tell me before I requested late co. After a heated argument, I said I didn't want to move if there was no compensation. And if there was, I want to get it right away or formally writte. They said fine, I could stay in that room until 5pm. It was 11am. 1 hour later, got another call and they were trying to compensate me with shuttle to airport. I said I am not going to airport after co. Then they decided to give back the fee for the late co. Finally caved in, l moved to 1st floor. It was 12pm. Around 2 hours later, they conveniently started doing some kind of renovation work in the room beside mine. They drilled the wall, all the noices from equipment, I can hear them all, even right now. Way to go Ibis, way to go. NOT RECOMMENDED especially having after a long flight.

The hotel us quite closed to the Airport. Easy to access, even it has Shuttle bus to pick guest from the Airport for free of charge. Hotel is clean and the staffs are welcome. Floor is clean and aircon is cool. FO staffs are welcome. Generally the hotel has an excellent service..

Good Service and nice Ambience! 15 min with taxi from airport. We were offered coffe and some small snacks before the check in at 2pm. its a great spontanious option if you book the flight on the wrong day and only realize it at the airport, like we did.
