We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as a valued Platinum member. We regret that you did not receive the expected welcome amenities upon arrival and that basic amenities were not readily accessible in your suite. Additionally, we apologize for the issues with the ventilation system and the disturbance caused by neighboring guests.
