Weggestopt in een achteraf apart gebouw

Volledig niet naar verwachting! We hadden een vijfpersoons appartement geboekt in een luxe hotel. Na aankomst Was de check-in zeer gehaast en moest de auto meteen weg-weg, naar achteren. Hier leerden wij dat de vijfpersoonsappartementen NIET in het normale hotelgebouw waren. Deze appartementen waren in een apart gebouw, achter het hoofdgebouw. Tussen beide gebouwen was GEEN normale doorgang, anders dan door buiten. Dus met jas en schoenen aan. Slecht! In het aparte appartement had de hele dag het raam opengestaan, dus onze wintersportvakantie begon meteen in een ijskoud appartement. Als welkomspakketje stonden er twee flessen met kraanwater gevuld klaar en een ieniemienie schaaltje gevuld met nootjes. Dit alles stond niet in verhouding tot de luxe die ons was beloofd vanuit de website. Een grote tegenvaller!

I recognize that this arrangement, particularly during the winter season, caused significant inconvenience for you and your family. Please accept our apologies for the cold temperature in your apartment upon arrival. This falls well below our service standards, as does the inadequate welcome amenities you described. I have addressed these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are properly prepared and heated before guest arrivals. I also regret that our restaurant was closed during your stay and that the housekeeping service did not properly replenish items in your apartment. These lapses in service certainly do not reflect the luxury experience we aim to provide. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. Você já é impactado na chegada, visto que o hotel é lindo por fora, mas quando você entra, parece que está em um castelo antigo super bem conservado; realmente lindo e elegante! A localização é ótima e fica a poucos metros da estação Interlaken Ost: dá pra fazer tudo a pé, desde sua chegada até os passeios, entretanto um transfer de chegada e partida é oferecido (é só entrar em contato com o hotel previamente) ! O staff é um ponto super positivo, pois TODOS são atenciosos e fazem questão de ajudar com qualquer que seja sua necessidade! O quarto é lindo, super espaçoso, banheiro ótimo com banheira; aquecimento fantástico não te permite sentir frio! A internet funciona super bem! Café da manhã é bastante farto e oferece um pouco de tudo! O único ponto de melhoria é a arrumação do quarto/house keeping: esse aspecto foi uma imensa decepção, pois claramente a pessoa esticava o edredon, trocava as toalhas usadas e só! Um dia deixei um pé do chinelo virado próximo à cama para testar e, do jeito que eu deixei estava quando voltei, ou seja, a pessoa não aspirou o carpete e não limpou nada! Confesso que isso foi bastante decepcionante porque eu tinha certeza que seria uma experiência perfeita e algo tão básico, como a arrumação do quarto, deixou demais a desejar! Importante ressaltar que nada é sujo ou com mal cheiro, mas nitidamente não é feita limpeza durante sua estadia! De qualquer forma, voltaria a me hospedar com certeza, mas esse aspecto da arrumação precisa melhorar para JÁ!

A experiência de ficar neste hotel foi memorável. O hotel é lindo e muito bem decorado. Os quartos são espaçosos e o banheiro era muito moderno. Os hidratantes e shampoos eram da Clarins. O vaso sanitário abria sozinho via sensor quando a gente se aproximava. Fiquei encantada. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções e era delicioso.
