Alex (the gentleman who can speak English very well) at the reception and Jeannine (I hope I wrote he name right!) the receptionist lady at the breakfast are amazing and very kind. I am very happy with their services.

Central location in Belo Horizonte to visit the old center. Clean simple rooms and kind staff. Two members of Front Desk staff were able to respond and give directions in English. Very helpful.

Dirty rooms as well the bed linen and towels. It is ashamed that a hotel chain offers such terrible place. Simply disgusting!

Unstable and sluggish internet connection

The room had no towels - as the room has no telephone I had to go downstairs to ask for them. Internet connection is barely functional - it only works only for whatsapp messages, making internet browsing and sending emails impossible. Shower temperature and overall tidiness are both fine.

Non-IBIS standard hotel

We went in a very cold week to Belo Horizonte, there were no blankets in the room, only sheets, we went to the reception they did not provide a blanket because there was no extra blanket in the hotel. The towels in the room, one was dirty and the others looked dirty. The elevators were pretty bad, so much so that on 05/22/2022 we were stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes, we arrived 10 minutes away from the bus station to get on our bus, due to the elevator problem. I'm not going back to this IBIS unit again.
