Very convenient good quality airport hotel with a great pool bar. We wanted somewhere to relax after a long flight from the uk and before our next flight to Iguazu Falls. Easy complimentary transfer from and to the airport . We will back again in a couple of weeks between flights

Tia and tio were absolutely amazing with my daughter. She connected with them so quickly and didnt want to leave. Very hard to find people who take care of kids and really enjoy it. I highly recommend their service.

I came for a business trip and I slept off past the dinner time and ended up ordering the room service. Wellington was working in the room service and realised I was not too well when he brought my food. He went back to the kitchen and brought me honey, lemon water and salt to gargle. His act of kindness touched my heart. He's definitely a valuable asset to your team. Please send my gratitude to him, he made me feel home in a faraway land ❤️👏

Thrilled with the Staff

We stayed one night at the Pullman São Paulo Guarulhos Airport Hotel before our tour to the Pantanal, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly special. Arriving at 10 a.m., we were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed at the Executive Lounge reception. There we met Mariana (Muriel), who treated us like VIPs. She checked us in quickly and efficiently while sharing fascinating insights into Brazilian culture and history—even teaching us how to say “jaguar” in Portuguese. Muriel and Murice also told us about the Executive Lounge happy hour and warmly invited us to try the coxinha. That evening, we attended, and although coxinha wasn’t on the menu, Karen—another wonderful staff member—arranged for the kitchen to prepare a special order just for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture. At checkout, we missed the chance to say goodbye to Muriel, but Murice and Karen took excellent care of us instead. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed, plus a lovely view of the pond where flycatchers visited outside our window. We also enjoyed both buffet lunch and breakfast at the Base Steakhouse. The cheese bread was among the best we’ve tried while in Brazil, and all the dishes were fresh and delicious. This experience has made me rethink my travel lodging preferences, which until now have been limited mostly to U.S.-based hotel chains. After such a memorable stay, I’m eager to book another ALL Accor property on my next trip.
