Chose Pullman due to its location and easy access to highway compared with the Hotels on the other side where in some instances it yakes 20 minutes to drive 1 mile. Great room, very convenient location . Buffet for bkfst, lunch are really good and complete. Friendly service. Alexandre did a great job at lunch. Will defenitely suggest to my friends.

I come here quite often and it has always been very pleasant, Leandro, the Maitre d' at the breakfast buffet, is really charming, as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you very much for everything to him and Josefa who works the kitchen, and the rest of the stuff.

The hotel offers great facilities. The pool area is nice and the lobby is great. The rooms are a bit dated. The restaurant is really great and Christian was extremely professional and sympathetic. Overall all the team is really nice and looking for every detail that came make your stay more enjoyable.

Room is spacious, a bit dated though well-maintained. You can hear a lot of noise from the outside which disturbs sleep, such as footsteps above your room, opening and closing and knocking of doors of your neighbouring rooms, and housekeeping. They make it up through their hospitality though. Staff are always consistently wonderful and helpful. Adalberto from the breakfast buffet was very professional, polite and attentive. Although we dont speak the same language, him consistently putting a smile on his face was more than enough to show he is courteous, passionate and sincere. Maria Julia was very charming and warm too! The shuttle bus service available for guests to use to and from the airport and the mall is a great amenity too.

This is the perfect hotel to spend your last night in São Paulo if you have an early flight the next day because morning hour rush hour traffic is BAD!! They have a free shuttle to the airport and the staff is amazing. The hotel bar is lively and the mozzarella caprese was delicious. The bartenders César and Renaldo were attentive and took great care of me and my friend. The room was clean and room service was timely. Would definitely recommend!
