I was satisfied with the stay. Great service in general. the restaurant was closed and the hotel habilitated some meeting rooms to accommodate breakfast and dinner. The sushi restaurant should've have longer operating hours to provide additional dining options.

I didn't expect such excellence in hospitality for that price! Best breakfast and cappuccino (in the bar), people are great! The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. One king size bed and 2 single beds.

Met my needs. Showers could have more water pressure, ideal location for those attending expos at Center Norte or Anhembi. Rooms are big and quiet. Walking distance from Shopping Mall with good variety of shops and food court.

The hotel is OK and convenient, nice restaurant. My only complaint is when checked-in it was 10:00AM, after a long flight, the clerk at check-in told that I need to wait until the room were ready because there were not rooms. I totally understood because the standard check in is by 3:00. But my surprise was while I was waiting a lot of people were coming in and getting rooms. I waited almost 2 hours until I decided to approach the Check in and complained about it why others people were getting and I didn't, immediately the new clerk assigned a room. I think it is not fair the treatment because the rule is for anybody unless I wrong.

Very good and confortable rooms! Excellent breakfast and services. Shopping mall just beside the hotel, where you can find restaurants, shops and some entertainment for those who are in business travel and needs pratical things.

All very well !! Excellent location for the Convention Center. It has a free shuttle every hour leads to Shopping and Convention Center. Very good service and friendliness at the reception as in the restaurant service. Recommended.

Excellent hotel, clean room, excellent service, very good breakfast. recommend. Hotel well located, easy to reach. The only problem is the check-in and check-out it takes a lot and usually have long queue.

Nice room, comfortable bed, well decorated and close to a huge Mall. Good for children - there is a children room at the lobby where you can leave the babies playing while you are enjoying some beers at the bar. Breakfast not valued for money. Good for business and vacation

is near to good shopping , near the subway however far from the city , great for those who need to attend the event centers around the hotel ( anhembi north and center ) , possible to walk downtown ..

One of the best business hotels that I ever been. I went there in a business trip, was very well received, the room was big and very confortable. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety. I strongly recomend for everyone.

Needs improvement in toilets, general update of the rooms and better breakfast. Location is good if you go to the trade fairs. People on the desk are nice. They give free internet acces, that's good !!!!

I arrived at the hotel around 6:30PM and upon check in I asked about an extended check out. Which I was quoted and it was very reasonable. The reason being that my international flight wasn't scheduled to leave GRU until 9:30PM the following night. There was no knock at the door (housekeeping) and everything was as it should be. The restaurant was undergoing some sort of renovation so I ordered room service in the evening and had the breakfast buffet they had set up in one of the smaller ballrooms, which was fine no harm no foul. I would like to sample the actual restaurant food from the actual restaurant the next time though. My Taxi ride was a bit of a disappointment. And, partially my fault. The fare, I thought, was way too high. I noticed too late into the ride that the driver had not turned on the meter. When we arrived he told me that the fare was $R100.00. I then pointed out that he never turned on the meter and that costs about $R185.00 to go from the airport to the Morumbi Novotel another hour away from the Novotel Centre North. I told him that I was not satisfied and he then discounted the fare to $R90.00. The next time I will insist on the meter being on and that the bell captain talks with the driver. I have my suspicions about some sort of pay back scheme that I can not prove.

10 minutos de espera para ser atendido no check inn. Lâmpada queimada no quarto. Muito grande a demora para receber meu veículo que estava no estacionamento no check out. Quase perdi meu compromisso por conta da demora. Funcionários nada agradáveis. 10 minutes waiting to be served at the check inn. Bad bulb in the room. Too big to take to get my vehicle that was in the parking lot at check out. I almost lost my commitment on behalf of delay. Nothing pleasant employees.

Everything ok about this place ...Just a little older building and they might think of redoing the bathrooms. I will stay again if I am in brazil for the fair in Expo Center Norte. You have a nice shopping place only across the parking area and you can find a lot of different food places etc.
