I would say not a good stay due to room hygine and overall support

Hello Sachin Maheshwary, As a corporate guest and Accor member, I must express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay. Firstly, I encountered issues with the internal website from BCD, resulting in an unconfirmed booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, despite multiple requests, I was only able to secure a single room at a higher cost. Furthermore, at approximately 12:30 am, I discovered multiple mosquitoes in my room, leading to insect bites and subsequent skin allergies. Although I promptly reported the issue, it took approximately 15 minutes for someone to address it with a mosquito bat. I have video evidence of this incident, if necessary. Following my request to speak with the Duty Manager, I was eventually upgraded to a different room on a different floor. However, I encountered further inconvenience when I was informed by Miss Mamta and Aishwarya that the hotel was fully booked for the entirety of my three-day reservation. As a result, I was asked to share a room with a colleague and was unable to leave my luggage with the service desk until my return from the office the next day. I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure a more satisfactory experience for guests in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Laundry service In room dinning disturbing with DND at 02:20am on 26th April. Airport pick up disturbing a 2 days before at 22:25. Air conditioning filter dirty in room 812. English instructions not understood by all of the above

Hotel is good and clean. Staff is very polite and responsive. Two things I can think that can be improved 1. Lighting in the room - there is no sufficient light in the room, Lighting has to be improved. 2. My room (627) is located very far from the lift. it is inconvenient if there is luggage with the person and if need to step out and in frequently.

Great Hotel but food must be improved quality wise

Overall the hotel service is good but the food is not great and the service there was not satisfied. Only few items of the food were good. We’ve been there as part of our company’s accommodation which is a 2 shared room, at the food we’ve been serviced well at the start but at the end we didn’t get any service from the waiters at the food place.
