Sniadanie bylo kiepskie, bardzo maly wybor potraw, jajacznica gotowa i wysuszona, kucharz nie chcial zrobic jajek sadzonych ani nowej jajacznicy. W innych hotelach Mercure sniadania zawsze byly jak w hotelach pieciogwiazdkowych.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny. Pomocna i miła obsługa. Pokoje czyste i zadbane. Wyposażenie pokoju zgodne z opisem. Śniadanie hotelowe ok, ale nie rewelacja - brak świeżych warzyw i owoców. Jako start dnia ok, ale liczyłem na coś więcej. Kawa smaczna. Ogólnie hotel wart polecenia - jednak nie dla turysty bez samochodu. Lokalizacja hotelu absolutnie przekreśla to miejsce dla osób podróżujących pociągiem czy autobusem. Lokalizacja obok autostrady - z ulicy bez chodnika, bardzo nieprzyjemne dojście do stacji pociągu. Ale najgorsze doświadczenie to pokonanie tunelu (prawdopodobnie to przepust dla zwierząt) z drugiej strony autostrady. Jest to jedyny sposób by dostać się do autobusu lub marketu - ciemny nieoświetlony tunel. Zdecydowanie najgorsze doświadczenie z pobytu. Sam pobyt - bardzo ok. Lokalizacja fatalna.

If you’ve just arrived at Bergamo airport this hotel is a short drive down the road. Avoid the main toll road. Google maps route looks more complicated than it actually is. We arrived late. There was no restaurant but reception opened a bottle of wine and prepared some cheeses and nibbles. Super service. Room was well equipped, clean and modern.

Whilst the overall service is very good, I have two specific occasions that felt below par in terms of the overall experience. Important to know that I stayed for 1 day each on two separate occasions within the same week a) We had ordered a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport on our first stay and promptly received a call in the room, where were ready, so we could come down to the lobby and be on our way. On the second instance, we requested for shuttle service again from the hotel to the airport and waited in the room for a call. When there was no call after 10 minutes of waiting, we went down to the lobby to be told by the reception that the driver left as we were late. We didn't think the shuttle was every organised. We were then arranged a taxi that cost us nearly €10.00 more than the shuttle would have. b) The hotel has a water dispenser at the entrance to every floor, so guests can fill their own water bottles - as a eco-friendly service to avoid single use plastics. Yet when we ordered dinner at the restaurant and requested for Tap water, we were told that only Mineral water was available. This almost contradicts what the hotel's policy stood for. The rooms (on both occasions) were good, the beds comfortable and by and large good team except for the incident with the shuttle bus

The restaurant serve sparkling mineral water in addition to the natural available for free in each corridor but just it is served in glass bottles as in our policy is forbidden the plastic.
