Hotel obciążył moją kartę kredytową na kwotę 96 EUR w dniu 29.06, a zapłaciłem za pobyt w hotelu pełną kwotę z FV, tj. 633.50 EUR w dniu 04.07. Była to pełna kwota za pobyt i poinformowano mnie na recepcji, że kwota 96 EUR zostanie zwrócona. Minął już prawie miesiąc i nie ma zwrotu.

This amount was not a payment but a temporary hold, and it was automatically released on our end at the time of your full payment on July 4th. The timing of when the preauthorized amount becomes available again in your account depends entirely on your bank's processing time. From our side, there is only one paid amount €633.50, for which you received an official invoice. If you would like us to resend the invoice or provide any additional documentation, we’ll be happy to assist by resending to your email address.
