We stayed for two nights in three rooms. Locationwise, it was quite central. The room was clean and functional. The family room was spacious. Breakfast was standard and for their traditional food the taste was on point. Check-in and check-out were efficient. We rent a car with a driver from the hotel, and the service was excellent. The driver (I do not remember his name) was very professional, polite, and accomodative.

Reservasi lewat aplikasi all.com jauh2 hari sudah di tetapkan tgl dan jenis kamar yg ada program batiknya tapi prioritas check in dan merchan batik gak dapat, kecewa juga sih, 1,5 jam menunggu,tujuan reservasi jauh2 hari agar datang sesuai jadwal dan pilih harga yg ada batik merchandise tp gak dapat batik merchandisenya,itu reservasi 1 bln sebelumnya

First time stayin at ibis malang. In malang they only have mercure and ibis sytles for accor groups. I did a last minute booking. 1 day before arrival. A few hours after i booked, i received confirmation by wa. The staff at wa was very helpful and caring. It was OLIVIA who texted with me. She managed and arranged my need. Thankyou!! Unfortunately they have high occupancy at that time (saturday,6 jan) as platinum member cant be upgraded but thats okay since its only short stay. I booked two rooms (requested for connecting room). Thankfully they have it. It is convenient for family. Room was ibis style standard,ac is chill. But the lighting is a bit dark. Room view was great. Can see the malang city from above (we stayed at 10floor) Unfortunately the room number 1009 have a shower problem, it was leaking. Other than that is manageable. They have swimming pool, enough for a short stay and kids pool. Even though we dont get a chance to try it, since it was crowded! Gym was really small. Old equipments.. Breakfast is ibis standard. Help to recognize this amazing staff that i met. Ivan or avin and other one is efrin or ervin. So so sorry if get the name wrong. Since i wrote this reviews a week after stayed.. Well thats my experience with ibis styles malang. Definitely will come back! Thankyou!
