Hotel muito bem localizado perto do S Bahn, atendimento atencioso e simpático, quarto bastante limpo e com cama super confortável, pequeno-almoço muito variado com qualidade

Três diárias e o quarto foi limpo apenas na última diária. Mesmo eu estando ausente do quarto. Quarto quente. Reclamamos do ar condicionado e a atendente falou que a temperatura interna sempre fica 5º abaixo da temperatura externa. Como estamos no verão, o quarto ficava com temperatura média de 24-25º. Bastante desconfortável.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. Regarding the room rates, please understand that we have a flexible rate system. You probably already know this from air travel, where ticket prices fluctuate greatly. In addition to the date of the trip and possible special occasions, the occupancy rate of the hotel itself and the duration of the planned stay also play a role here.
