Excelente localização, transporte fácil para qualquer lugar. Quarto limpo, roupa de cama de qualidade, cama confortável. O quarto é pequeno mas bem distribuído. Aquecimento ótimo. Chuveiro muito bom. Porém, o staff deixa a desejar, principalmente os funcionários do café da manhã. São grosseiros, cheios de má vontade, não respondem perguntas, inclusive não fazem reposição dos itens de café da manhã, chegando ao ponto de faltar várias coisas no buffet. Ficamos 7 dias no hotel e isso aconteceu em todos os dias, ou seja, não foi pontual. Lamentamos muito por isso, pois o hotel em si é muito bom.

Gosto da cadeia Ibis, normalmente fico no budget mas este está 2 niveis acima 😁. Não tive de me preocupar com tomadas nem de espaço para arrumar a roupa. Boa limpeza como é habitual no Íbis, simpatia dos funcionários e apesar de não ser central está bem localizado e perto da estação de comboios.

O quarto tinha um tamanho bom , sossegado e com muitas tomadas no quarto. A iluminação é boa e o pequeno almoço completo. Poderia ter um cheiro mais agradável no quarto e nos corredores.

A localização do hotel fica próxima ao transporte publico o que facilita a locomoção por Munique. O café da manhã é superior quando comparado com a rede IBIS no geral. A recepção foi muito gentil em nós acomodar antes do horário do check-in.
