Have stayed here previously and it was fine. This time the room I was given I feel was the dodgy room! The front door looked like someone had attempted to break in with a knife. It smelt musty. Broken tiles in the shower. For the price they charge this Motel needs to do better

As comfortable as your own home.

Fantastic stay for my first time in Wagga, exceptionally priced in comparison to a few other places we have stayed on our annual road trip. The bed was super comfy, heater worked well and the bathrobes where a cherry on top. No room for complaints on this review, we will be back for another stint!

Good quality hotel room overlooking the carpark area. Spacious room with all the necessary amenities. There are no lifts, so you need to carry all your luggage up to the second floor. The room service food is quite expensive, but there are plenty of eating options nearby.

Another great stay with Mercure Wagga. The hospitality from all staff and overall welcoming interactions makes us come back to this property. We rang up the front desk to advise that we will arrive late and they made the after hours check-in very smooth. The facilities are good and location is centrally located.

Stayed for 4 nights with the children in a 2 bedroom apartment and was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Staff were amazing and so welcoming and accommodating. Being an Accor platinum, received welcome amenities, chocolates, muesli bars, water and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was lovely and fresh everyday and had plenty of options (more than you’d have yourself at home on a daily basis). The room was large with a queen in 1 and singles in the 2nd. Beds were very comfy and streaming services available on the 2 TVs. Full cooking facilities available as well and a modern bathroom. Parking super easy and right out the front. The pool was very welcoming on the 40deg days we had. Great location in town. The only thing was the room had a funny musky smell which I didn’t like … but sorted with some ambi pur air freshener / deodoriser. For the price id definitely stay again and certainly will be the next time I visit family in Wagga.
