Really nice hotel to stay in . We stayed with kid and they gave amzing service whethet it was about availability of bby milk or sterilising the bottles .

Overall had a very comfortable and memorable experience, thanks to multiple staff members who truly went above and beyond. Room & Upgrade: We were pleasantly surprised with a three-level upgrade to a Luxury Room, and it made a big difference to our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed with glass walls, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The attached balcony with a pool view was a great addition and made the room feel even more premium. The only area that fell short was the pillow covers, which were unfortunately dirty when we checked in. Housekeeping did respond quickly and replaced them, and they were polite in asking if we needed anything else. Still, this is something that ideally should have been perfect in the first place. Pool & Amenities: The swimming pool area is fantastic – one of the highlights of the property. It’s extremely family-friendly and even includes water slides, which is a big plus if you’re traveling with kids. We spent a good amount of time here and it never felt overcrowded or chaotic. Dining Experience: Breakfast at the hotel was good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. The restaurant staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience pleasant. Check-in & Check-out: This is where we felt the contrast in staff professionalism. •Initially, the check-in desk felt a bit unhelpful. We were told that our upgraded room wasn’t ready and were given a choice between taking the originally booked category or waiting two more hours, which wasn’t ideal. •Thankfully, Arpan stepped in. He was extremely professional, helpful, and proactive. He quickly arranged another Luxury Room that was already clean and ready, ensuring our check-in was smooth. A huge thank you to Arpan for handling this so well. Check-out was handled by Ronak, who was polite and efficient. He walked us through the bill clearly and ensured the process was seamless. Appreciate his professionalism. Travel Desk: A special mention to Saum from the travel desk. He was consistently helpful with luggage handling, transport arrangements, and answering travel-related queries. His friendly and hands-on attitude genuinely improved our overall stay experience. Location: The hotel is located right on the main Candolim street, making it extremely convenient. It’s close to several pure vegetarian restaurants and everything you need is within walking distance ⭐ Overall Impression Despite a small housekeeping hiccup at the beginning, the stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and well-supported by some excellent staff members across the restaurant, poolside, front desk, and especially the travel desk. #Novotel #Goa #Candolim is a solid choice for families, thanks to its great pool, spacious rooms, and convenient location. With staff like Arpan, Ronak, and Saum, the hotel truly shines in hospitality.

o hotel esta muito bem situado, junto da praia baga beach, quarto muito bons e serviço estupendo, staff muito simpatico e prestavel. foi realmente uma estadia espectacular. os transportes nao sao carois e vale a pena falar no hotel para conhecer a cidade
