Bit of a hiccup with rooms when we arrived, not the fault of Pullman, more our booking agent. Staff were, and are great, and solved issues to our satisfaction. Hotel is a bit tired, but comfortable, again Staff are amazing, a special mention to Hoa in hospitality. Great location and beautiful beach. Pretty close to everything.

We had a very good dinner at the Epice, with Mr Chau and his team being an amazing host! Mr Chau’s hospitality was excellent, and he took care of us very well. He and the team made sure all our needs have been addressed, and he was very excited to share his recommendations! Great dinner experience!

Great beachfront hotel centrally located in Da Nang. While arriving, the checkin process was very fast. We came as a group of 7 people and while some of the rooms were not ready yet (1.30 PM) they promised to call us when they were ready, so we could go out and have some lunch in the meantime. The room was nice and clean, and sleeping quality was excellent, very comfortable pillows. Water heater and instant coffee was also a plus as a cup of coffee on the balcony is always a good start of the day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and desserts. Coffee cups and glasses were often empty though, so the staff should pay more attention and fill up before they run out. But that is just a small thing and did not influence on our positive impression. The beach area is very beauteful and chill. Lots of sunbeds both by the beach and by the pool. Kelvin who works in the reception area gave us lots of good tips on what to see and became a buddy during our stay. He did a great effort to make our stay pleasant. Also, Hien who served us a delicious pizza by the pool was extremly service minded. As this was first time in Vietnam for several of us, we already started planning our next trip there. And will for sure come back to this hotel. Great experience and highly recommended!

Very nice weather in April. Nice swimming pool and Nice kids club! Lots of kid activities every day. ms Thuy and Thao had been very nice and helpful. My kid enjoyed a lot! Great for family vacation ! The beach is also nice! We enjoyed our stay at Pullman.

We had a great experience in Pullman Danang. We booked a cottage and it was so nice. The cooking coffee class is so interesting to discover how make the vietnamese coffee. The breakfast is very tasty. Everything was exceptional ! I recommend. Thank you very much
