Relaxing and chilling experience. The Nam Spa within the hotel is amazing. Appreciate the service from Ti, Phuong,Dieu. Highly recommended. You can enjoy the flower spa, enjoyable body massage and facial here. Also shout out for the after tea and dessert.

Very relaxing experience, the services were amazing, and the facilities are clean and decent. The therapist Ti did a great job on making the client comfy. Receptionist Dieu is gentle and nice. I love the decoration and tea here, it helps to destress and separate me from the busyness outside.

Absolutely beautiful spa at the Da Nang Pullman beach Resort. Pure luxury! We were greeted with a warm welcome by Dieu at Reception and had lovely, relaxing massage with Ti and Tram followed by some delicious tea. Facilities were to a high standard and very clean. I would highly recommend booking a treatment here!

Short but sweet stay at Pullman.

We spent 3 nights at Pullman and really enjoyed our stay. We had a small hiccup at the start where we had to change room, but other than that, everything else was to our satisfaction. Breakfast buffet offers an amazing spread and served different food for all 3 days. You can catch an amazing view of the sunrise from the beach. There were sufficient beach loungers and a couple of hammocks and swings too. Really lovely place to chill. Pool wasn't very big but sufficient. We went into the pool at various times of the day and it was always warm. The location of the resort was great too. Supermarket just across the street, as well as restaurants and massage places. There were some issues with communication as not all the staff could understand us but otherwise, most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Special mention to concierge staff - Khuong, who made extra effort to make us feel at home and offering to help us when we mentioned that we are changing room. Appreciate that he remembers us by name and checks in on us whenever he sees us to make sure everything is in order. Overall, we had a great experience at this resort and will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are back in Danang.
