Had dinner with my family at Maison Du Roi restaurant. We were seated at the balcony with the very nice view. They served really nice food, good value for money. The staff, Dulcie, Thuy Tien inter, Tiger are very accomodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Great expereience! We didn’t expected something like this. It’s completely extraordinary. The first adventure is to Take a ride with cable car:) You have seven mercure hotel buildings in the small „city” and many palaces and castles. You can go with cable car to see the famous golden bridge or Take a train to the moon kingdom. It’s like Disleyland. You have so many options what to do. The Staff was very friendly and they really Take care of us. Miss Caroline from front desk was our first contact. The room in the main Paris building with the view on the „red ball”statue and church was amazing. The atmosphere especially when it’s almost dark is magic! You have to see the light and feel it.

Room was not maintained properly as rainwater was continuously seeping in through wall. Not a single person at the reception of the building where we were staying (Lyon). Food - very very limited options, really! Not a single staff member to guide you to the hotel, from the cable car at Golden bridge where we were dropped. No one to take the luggage! We wasted 2 hours in the middle of the route with No Help ! Husband had to go all the way to the top and request the hotel to send a person to guide us and help with the bags! Similar situation with many people there! Only solace was the coffee we bought once we were inside the premises! Highly understaffed! Checking out was a hassle too! You've got to wait an hour for anyone to come after requesting. But to check the room for damages after leaving, they'll immediately send someone. Not worth staying !

My wife and I had a great experience at La Table in the Mercure Hotel. We both ordered the beef burger, and it was delicious—well cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The service made our visit even better. Helen and Petter were very friendly, attentive, and professional. They made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout the meal. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely recommend La Table and look forward to coming back again.
