Got the promotional massage package and it was great! I did the 90 min aromatherapy massage and it felt very relaxing and very nice. I recommend for those visiting to do the massage here. Friendly service and you get tea in the beginning and end.

The spa is beautifully designed and very clean, which I always appreciate. I booked a facial and a hot stone massage as a treat during my vacation. The facial was excellent – my skin felt smooth and hydrated afterward. The massage, however, could have been better. While the therapist was kind and professional, the pressure was too light, even after I asked for more. I didn’t want to complain too much, so I just let it be. That said, the staff overall was polite and the environment was peaceful. I also liked that they didn’t push too hard on upselling products. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I’d be open to giving it another shot next time. Thank you to Anh for being so attentive and welcoming throughout my visit.

I love this hotel, very easy to do the bookings, smooth check in and check out, lovely experienced staff and very comfortable rooms. Facilities just as you need and very good quality breakfast. Location is great, near the river and walking zone very enjoyable. Just next to the hotel is a club not to be missed. We will always return here.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and calming ambiance. The receptionist was professional and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. I opted for a 90-minute deep tissue massage and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The room was clean, quiet, and smelled like essential oils – very relaxing. After the massage, I was offered hot tea and allowed to relax in the lounge. Prices are fair for the quality of service. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. Will definitely return when I’m in the area again. Special thanks to Giang and Anh for her kindness and professionalism – she made the whole experience even better.

Hotel Location very good, room cozy, clean. Nice staff, very humble, especially Tung Aang - the Bell Man, he is so helpfull and communicative, his english also good. We left hotel at early morning still have staff to help us for check out and left baggage
