I had two days in Da Nang, Novotel hotel was a great choice, friendly and attentive staff, clean and fragrant room. I like the smell of essential oils you put in my room, the city view is very beautiful here. It's a pity that I can't see the upcoming fireworks festival. I will come back as soon as possible.

Really impressed with this lovely hotel and it's staff. From arrival to departure we were treated like valued guests either so many little touches that made us feel special. An upgraded room with stunning views of the river, drinks vouchers, an anniversary cake - we felt like tips. The room was fabulous and the facilities at the hotel are great. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've visited with so much choice and excellent quality. We can't wait to return. Special thanks to Giong (sp?) From reception who was so helpful and kind.

I usually don’t leave reviews. When I do, it’s because I was really impressed. The first thing that impressed me was the friendliness of the staff when I first entered the hotel. The very clean and spacious lobby and the friendly staff made me feel good. Also, Anie (I hope I remember her name correctly), who helped us during check-in, was very kind and quickly assisted us in getting to our room. The reason I decided to write this review today is because of something that happened in the morning. This morning, I went to have breakfast and a guest bumped into me, causing pho to spill on my hand. The broth was hot, and the skin on my hand was delicate. Then a staff member named Nigh quickly approached and helped me wash my hand with cold water, brought ice and burn spray, and provided first aid. Thanks to her, my hand recovered quickly, and although it was an unfortunate incident, my mood improved quickly. This was my first East Asia trip, and I feel very fortunate to have such good memories at Novotel.

The lounge is very nice and the staff are impressive. Cam Ly, Lanh and Tuan are the staff I met. They really are kind and helpful. The duty manager is also very nice. She showed us the way to our room and very caring during our stay. We shall come back again.
