Relaxing Stay, Warm Staff!

Had a great stay as always! From the hotel pick up down to checkout! The check in manager was sincerely accommodating and allowed me to make changes jn my hotel preferences on the spot, and very quickly at that! Everyone was friendly but most outstanding were Sherry from the front desk and Kelvin. Concierge also ensured i was brought in time and booked at a restaurant which had a great view of the river and probably the best view of the dragon bridge breathing water and fire. I had 2 suits made in Hoi An in a tailor recommended by Sherry and Kelvin and I'm more than satisfied with my custom tailored suit. Definitely not the last time i'll be staying at this hotel and i look forward to another relaxing time here.

Da Nang Pullman is a nice resort but since we booked it thru luxury escape, I'm a bit disappointed. It's suppose to be all inclusive but upon arrival around 3:00 pm, my husband and myself was a bit hungry, we decided to have a late lunch. They charge us for that lunch apparently because our benefits should only start at dinner time till lunch before our departure. That's such petty reason for a 5 supposedly star hotel. Lucky, our initial sad experience was covered by wonderful staff by Hoa, restaurant, Jennie from restaurant as well and Sherry from the reception. These 3 individuals stands out from the rest for their exemplary attitudes. Hopefully before we checked out tomorrow Nov 27, will have amazing memories. Sometime last 2 years ago, we also book thru luxury escape Pullman in Maldives and I must say, that was truly an all inclusive stay. Thumbs up to Pullman in Maldives but Pullman Danang hmmmm🥲

We understand how frustrating it must have felt, especially when you were expecting a fully all-inclusive experience similar to your stay in the Maldives. For Luxury Escapes packages at our resort, the inclusions are structured around two meals per day. While the official benefit period begins from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure, we always try to remain flexible on a case-by-case basis. In many situations, we are able to accommodate a change between lunch and dinner upon request, as long as the total of two meals per day is maintained. We regret that this was not clearly communicated during your check-in, and we will reinforce this with our team to avoid any future misunderstandings. On a positive note, we are delighted to hear that Hoa and Jennie from the restaurant, as well as Sherry from Reception, were able to brighten your stay with their warm and attentive service. They will be very happy to know they made a meaningful difference. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We hope the rest of your stay brings many wonderful memories, and we would be pleased to welcome you back for an even smoother and more enjoyable experience in the future.
