I lost my phone on a taxi and I asked the guest service staff to help me to find and they not only found it in a very short but also helped me through the process to calm me down as I panicked. Special thanks to Kelvin and Emmy for helping me through this process, they were very very helpful and they very calmingly and assuredly brought back my lost phone.

We spent our Christmas Eve at the Pullman in Da Nang. The food and the selection were excellent. Our servers, Chau and Uyen, were super attentive and very friendly. We were very satisfied and are already looking forward to next time.

We had a wonderful dinner for Christmas and our waiter Chau was really professional and kind. Kids had also a good time with Santa Claus coming with gifts.
