As a guest at Duc and Lan’s wedding, I truly felt the dedication of the staff throughout the entire event. Everyone was kind, helpful, and extremely well-organized. Special appreciation goes to Trinh, Lài, Châu, Vy, and Tình from the F&B team — their efforts definitely made the celebration even more special. I would also like to give huge thanks to Hòa, the male PA staff member, for handling an unexpected situation so professionally. He took great care of my drunk friend and even cleaned everything up afterward. When I tried to give him a tip, he politely refused and said he was simply doing his job with his whole heart. His patience and support were deeply appreciated. Thank you for such wonderful service!

Very Nice hotel, the all inclusive pass is awesome for a great relaxing time and all the staffs are super friendly and accomodating, especially Dinh :)

What a lovely resort holiday ! Excellent friendly service. Special thanks to Kelvin for looking after our family so well and organising activities for all 22 of us. The entire team at Azure restaurant for the wonderful food and service in the restaurant and around the pool. Sad to be leaving but we will be back
