I’ve given this review five starts because of waitress Helen in L’table. Excellent waitress, made the whole experience delightful. Weather was dreadful but we still had a great time. Would definitely recommend bringing warm clothes when visiting.

The hotel lobby was crowded and outside was cold misty and wet. In spite of the queue and chatter, the front service receptionist Ms.Crystal was calm and composed and served us warmly with a smile. Was very surprised she arranged our room and check in very efficiently. Excellent service with a warm smile 😊

Excellent buffet food and nice friendly service by Miyeon who always smile and take care of our dinner table. We would like to be here again. Wide range of food options. Liked the fresh food option and salad. I will definitely recommend visiting bana hill Mercure hotel.

Had a fantabulous time with my family at Maison Du Roi. The staff were accommodating and extremely helpful in planning my husband’s birthday suprise. Special thanks to , Lind, Kira,Dulcie and Helice. They took the extra effort to source out the cake and the red velvet cake was delicious!

i think the place is very nice. its pretty chilly and the service is good. the people here are very friendly and ifs nice to meet them. its pretry foggy up here but the view is still very very nice. its a recommended place to come! its really good for photos too.
