Bad experience

We stay 1 night here and booked 4 room (8 pax) We got a separate building with the easy reason that fully booked. Not only separate building but also different floor each other. I got room nr 5424 and the toilet bidet is broken, can't stop the water. The room is without ai conditioned. At the night is quite difficult to get dinner in the area, many restaurants are closed at the afternoon. It's not a worth decision to overnight here at Bana Hills. From the front office you must walk to another building in a small rain ro get into your room. Check out also need time ( It seems like it's checking if you steal something amenities from the room.)

We had great food and we thought it was amazing 🤩 to see the medieval village and its amazingness of all the hard work they put in to create this unique masterpiece.(and by the way, you should really stay here as your vacation.) I would really love to come back to Vietnam. and go there again and stay there for my whole life cause it’s awesome but maybe the guide who says you must go to the secret box to go into the show but maybe he shouldn’t say the same thing over and over it gets really annoying and loud so I know that he wants everyone to come but there’s kids there. Who are under 18 so I don’t think that he should keep repeating himself because not like every parent of every child is gonna come with a child under 18 cause that’s the rule.

Ms Miyeon iis very warm to guest she specifically arrange the drink that i want she manage to keep me feel at home and mecure staff and the hotel is so very nice i should come back next time with some of friends salamat po

Great Castle Like Hotel with Friendly Staff

We had amazing stay at Mercure Da Nang Bana Hills. The hotel is amazing and built like castle. We are pure vegetarian and there was no veg dish in the menu. But the restaurant staff over here helped us getting customised veg dishes. Would like to mention name of restaurant staff Peter and Hellen for a great and friendly service.
