One of the male staff, i don't know his name. He was showing discrimination. Keeping me waiting for check-in and assigned rooms for others, who have come later. He was signaling to other front office female staff not the assign room when she is trying to help me.

It's a good hotel, food staf, fast workes, good area, only bad thing is the thali, that too veg thali, totally disappointing, other than that, everything is perfect, other than food everything is perfect and good, and neat too, although I'd wish to have more experience, but due to time I'm leaving too soon, but the staff are super friendly and accomodating , overall, great hotel, super good staff, perfect rooms, bad veg food thali .

It was a wonderful stay here. Was very clean and the staffs were good to me. I have always reserved here when I go hyderabad. Sashi was very helpful and polite. The location is very close to the metro and accessible to any sightseeing place. I would always recommend to stay here.

I used all accor online booking to book my room. The staff were very friendly and studied all my requirenents to keep the rokm fully teady. Checkin.and checkout were very quick. Breakfast was superb with lot of variety, live counters and several options for juices, salads and hot beverages. This hotel is just walkable from Irrum Manzil metro station and the mall with lot of options, shopping, eating out and PVR cinemas.
