Safe not working, AC not working, No lake view whatsoever from your lake view suite. Please do not call a room lake view if you cant even catch a glimpse of a lake. I've been to properites across the globe that are honest about what you are going to get, this was extremely disappointing. room 623 cannot be called lake view by any means. AC was not wqorking properly 2 of the 3 nights. at one point the panel was not working so someone came to fix, but the AC does not cool the room enough, both nights we had disturbed and uncomfortable sleep. The hotel came highly recommended but I will not be staying here again.

We stay at Mecure Hyderabad on short notice. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. We took 3 rooms between us, all on different levels and each room all had very high standards. All rooms were nice and clean. Hotel has a rooftop bar with food and drinks, with a great view of the city, however we decided on some room service as we had a long day. All food ordered was amazing! Service outstanding from all staff. Close to shopping mall, street shops and stalls. Parking onsite also
