Food, service and stay all was awesome. Rooms are spacious and very clean, beds are comfy would challenge all other hotels in the category. Resume and Sanjukta were very hospitable in thier approach. I would love to come back to this place again.

The atmosphere and cuisine were exceptional. In particular, Noor demonstrated remarkable efficiency in managing and delivering orders. I highly recommend visiting this establishment to savor the delightful ambiance alongside the exquisite food

It was amazing business stay at Mercure Hyderabad. It was my second time stay since last two weeks. Amazing hospitality and punctuality at reception counter specially Sanjukta Mam and other staff too. Really wish to revisit here. Last but not least cherish able memory at Mercure💐💐💐

Noor Manisha Anirudh Arun Wonderful team who served us on time kudos!! The food is nice varieties are cool. Rooms are awesome and vibrant coloured ambience. Definitely a must visit when I come Hyderabad again. The window view is nice & terrace roof is marvelous.

We stayed in this hotel which is located near Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. I found the location of the hotel at Wonderful place. The staff was Friendly, courteous & helpful. I would like to thank Mr Shubham Mishra who is GSA at the front office who has provided us the great lake view room. He was quick and active to provide the service. Thanks to Duty Manager Ms. Sanjukta who has provided us the complimentary Coupons as we are Silver Members. Ms Riya, Harshita and Mr Gopal Das at front office were very helpful for hassle free check in and Even on the Check out. We found Rooms are spacious & well appointed. Chef Srisailam at Cayenne Restaurant was ready to provide us good meals. He along with his team Jyoti, Noor, Arun, Vankatesh and Karthik was looking after us for all the required things. Hyderabadi Biryani and Thai Curry were very tasty. Our Dinner became more delicious when chef gave us Penne Pasta and dimsums. Complimentary breakfast had a good spread & it was delicious. Lunch and Dinner Both were satisfactory and the staff was very caring. It was a great stay and I recommend this hotel when you are in the city. Thanks to Team Mercure!
