Fabulously warm and personal service at a solid business hotel

This is one property that punches aboeve its weight. As the name suggests, it is a convention centre hotel with a direct and indoor connection to the convention centre making it super convinient for business travellers. But the service here is as good as a Raffles, if not better. And that's everyhwere in the hotel - the reception, the bellboy, the lounge - it is just so warm and personal. Special shoutout to Naina for making me feel at home.
