Vipin and Furqhan were amazing at hospitality and support They helped us get a room in a quick way and were very pleasant to talk to ! So was moizuddin. Rooms were nice Loved the water bottles and the shower ! Thank you

Visited with friends and family and Miss Wanpyn she had been helpful , we had some food starters drinks was really good , we want to come back here once more for the good hospitality and ambience , especially the Gourmet Bar was great to dine here

Everything was good. I like the host wanpyn . She is very cute and always welcome with her smile. Food is good, ambience is good. The restaurant was nice also good view and especially the pool side thank you for good service all of the staff in Novotel

Rooms and beds are goods food is delicious in taste the interior of the hotel is also good but the rooms price is so costly. The staff are so cooperative and the breakfast is also good and the dinner buffet is also good room washroom are clean and no any negative response

I found stay always pleasent here and laundry service extremely good and specially Mr.Riyaz and Mr.Mallikarjun from laundry department doing an excellent job of getting my clothes ready in shortest time possible and a very neat job.food is awesome...overall i am very happy with Novotel.
