had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. Really happy with my stay at Novotel Hyderabad. The guest service was top-notch—staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. Even small requests were handled quickly and politely, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Great hospitality and a very well-managed team. Would love to stay again!

Had a really pleasant stay at Novotel Hyderabad. The guest service was excellent—staff were polite, quick, and very helpful whenever I needed anything. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall hospitality felt warm and professional. Would definitely recommend!
