A good economically priced hotel. Great location to mall, restaurants and university (the reason for our trip). Staff were very pleasant. Has a gym and restaurant. Room was clean with everything we needed. Was slightly smaller than others we have stayed in but was not an issue for us. Liked this hotel and would stay here again.

The price I paid for this place was absolutely crazy, and really left us with very little expectations…$100 a night you really can’t expect much. The room was modern and very well maintained, the location is obsoletely fantastic and super convenient but the staff are absolutely what make this hotel, all our interactions with staff were fantastic, their knowledge of the area was fantastic. Will stay here again in the future

Well located and ideal for a couple nights budget stay. Booked through a third party. Wish Accor would recognise stays like IHG and Marriott do, in terms of recording nights. I found the Deluxe Corner Room not worth the extra unless you are on perhaps floor 10 or higher. We were on floor 6, and the view wasn't the best. A standard room would have been sufficient. The restaurant was very dark and quite depressing, in all honesty, so we skipped a meal there. All in all a comfortable stay in a clean but quite small room which afforded good sleep. The room TV remote might need replacing or at least a good clean for those who like to catch up on news, etc.

Great Location, Comfortable Room

We stayed for 4 nights in the Ibis Adelaide Queen Room in April 2025. The hotel is located ideally for those wanting to explore the city, close to Rundle Mall, public transport (including the bus to the airport and the bay tram to Glenelg), the botanic gardens, river and restaurants/ bars. Our room was located on the 11th floor with a lovely view towards the south. The queen bed was comfortable and we got a great sleep. Split system heater/ aircon was functional. Tea and coffee making facilities and bar fridge were provided in the room. The Ibis Adelaide had everything you’d expect from an Ibis hotel, basic but clean, functional and modern. A great place to base yourself in Adelaide for a short stay!

A chic surprise!

We found the Ibis to be stylish, modern and very new. We liked our spacious room with picture windows looking down onto Grenfell Street below and the Adelaide Hills in the distance. The staff were helpful here and we slept so well after our late flight. There was a nice little gym on a lower floor and even an adjoining coin-operated laundry
