Great Affordable Stay

Perfect location by the train station. Older property but immaculate. Such accommodating staff, breakfast was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to city center and the river. Very quiet.

Staff was incredibly accommodating. Slightly older updated property right opposite the station but extremely quiet. Bedding was clean white cotton, very comfy and cozy. Rooms are perfectly appointed with what one needs. Bar is open 24hrs. We came back from a show at 11:30 PM and as all restaurants were closed, we were offered a pizza or lentil Tajine. The Tajine, with a little French bread was perfect to set us up for a very good night’s sleep. Breakfast was everything you could want from fresh fruit, eggs, all manner of pastries, and bread. We even prepared Brie and fruit baguettes for lunch on the road. Thank you, staff at Ibis Styles

We last stayed here back in 2013. It is still as good as ever. The paid parking is now secure behind a permanently locked gate accessed by code. Back then it was open. We arrived early and parked the car. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk into town, across the Loire with a view of the chateau as you stroll. The rooms are quiet and spotlessly clean. Excellent WiFi. Breakfast is really good. Top quality fare. Staff are friendly and helpful. We won’t wait another 12 years to come back.

Really good hotel made excellent by lovely, helpful and happy staff. Rooms great. Hotel very clean. Excellent breakfast - lots of choice and very fresh. 15minute walk to centre but pleasant views.

This continues to be the best Ibis Styles hotel by far that we have stayed at. There is no need to look further. You will not be disappointed! We have been staying here for very many years and hope to do so for many years to come! The cleanliness is faultless and the breakfast is well above average. The beds are the most comfortable we have experienced.
