Hello, Thank you for your review after staying at ibis Styles Chinon. We first wanted to apologize for any inconveniences. Our team will be informed about your remarks and we will remind them that their work has to be done carefully and seriously at any time. In fact, we propose free tea and coffee making facilities for free at any time on the ground floor as it is in every ibis Styles in France. We also propose a water dispenser for free 24/7.
