+ Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen Freundliches Personal Gutes Frühstück Pool und Rooftoop Bar auf der Dachterrasse - Sehr hellhörig ( Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre und man hat jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstanden) Keine Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer (was ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte) Kein Duschvorhang im Zimmer (behindertengerechtes Badezimmer)

Im ersten Zimmer war die Toilette total funktionsunfähig und ich musste umziehen in ein anderes Zimmer. Dort konnte man die Toilette benutzen, sie hat jedoch kontinuierlich Geräusche gemacht und das Wasser lief ständig aus dem Spülkasten.

Das Personal am Check-in war sehr freundlich. Aber das Zimmer war sehr schlecht. Im Kühlschrank befand sich eine geöffnete Milchpackung aber kein Wasser. Teile der Einrichtung sind defekt. Das Bett was sehr alt, die seitliche Verkleidung defekt, der Teppich sehr alt, teilweise verschmutzt (auch loser Schmutz, der durch gründlich Staubsaugen gereinigt werden könnte) In Summe ein schlechte Erfahrung.

Einziger nicht so schöner Punkt: Der Pool ist nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Gerade wenn die Abende so warm ausfallen, wäre es sehr sinnvoll, das man mindestens bis um 22 Uhr den Pool nutzen darf. Wir haben in unserer Reisezeit viele Hotels gebucht und dort war der Pool fast immer bis um 22 Uhr geöffnet.
