Very disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. 2 star hotel. Room smelt and felt dirty. Dust on surfaces, furnishings filthy and tired. Dirty marks on walls and doors. Bathroom small, tired and disgusting. To top it off the building works next door are horrific. Do not stay here……

Premium price for at best a 4 star experience.

Expected more as pricing was premium. We booked two connected rooms for two nights. The hotel foyer was very small. There was no one to help. Staff were pleasant but mechanical. Rooms furnishing were worn. It is a minimalist service apartment. Location was great.

Good Location but tired rooms

Good Location right in centre of Brisbane, but the rooms are old and tired had a 1-bedroom apartment for 2 nights very good size but in desperate need of an update furniture needs replacing and for the size of the place the Bathrooms are a big letdown and very small

This is not a 5 star hotel! Rooms are dated, with chips in the dark wood furniture, dust on the skirtings, thin towels, bedding was a blanket in between 2 sheets, the restaurant doesn’t feel like part of the hotel and they charge for any changes (even if you chose the cheapest option). Worst of all is the 24/7 building work which kept me awake all night. I was not told of this before I went. It’s more of a poor 3 star hotel. I would not recommend!
