At 2015hrs on 21 September 2023 i’m in my room on level 22 when my door clicks and people I don’t know with a suitcase open it with their proximity card. They are as surprised as me. Hi Sebel check, your CCTV to verify and thanks for putting me and them in that position. Washing machine handle still broken. I will be informing my travel department that this place is not appropriate for it’s people

The Sebel in Brisbane is centrally located, the service was excellent and the breakfast was very good. We were able to park under the hotel at quite reasonable cost. The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable.

Loved my stay at the Sebel. Very clean, plenty of space - very well equipped with seperate bedroom, washer/ dryer and mini cooktop. Most of the appliances look brand new. Spacious bathroom with full size bath. Beautiful and quiet. Staff are efficient and helpful. The Sebel is a great place to stay!

This really is a great location in Brisbane. Friendly staff and good room amenities. I have stayed here at least 6 times and it has yet to disappoint. As an Accor plus member I have always been recognised on check in and a lovely room drop of cake, cookies or sparkling water has been placed in the room befor arrival. My only recommendation for the hotel to review would be to place a little three piece seating set on the balcony, as it would be nice to enjoy that area. Thanks Sebel Team. KB

Just spent 13 nights there and the service levels are outstanding. We are always well taken care of. The property is conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane city and walking distance from everything you need. If you are there on a long stay, then the apartments would be useful as they have a kitchen and laundry facilities which makes things so convenient.
