Overall good stay with comfortable bed. Adult pool area just great. Garden looking great. A suggestion that a clean of the bathroom basin area would be good on a regular basis. A nice idea might be to add a bathroom (makeup) mirror on wall. Also carpet cleaner over the bedroom floors would also be appreciated if done regularly. Some people suffer from dust accumulation.

Overall a great stay however the rooms are looking a little tired and run down. I’m the bed was very uncomfortable

Well Located in the centre of Hastings Street

Quite a good resort however the lifts from the parking basement to reception were out of order during our entire stay, which meant we had to lug baggage up quite a few stairs. Our room needed some maintenance as the door to the bathroom was affected by rot. Also, peeling paint on the bedroom window sill.

Good location and pool. Room air-conditioning had a bad smell. Room was very noisy.
