Beautiful property. Lovely rooms, relaxing, great restaurant and staff friendly and interested. Breakfast yummy and a lot to choose from. We didn’t want to leave the rooms while we stayed for 2 nights. A walk to the beach, nice outdoor garden area to sip out wine and read. No need to leave the beautiful room! Absolutely recommend if you are after a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman how ever there are a few points that they did not live up to. Only serviced the room every other day. Some maintenance was required around our studio. Dinning for the most was very good however one meal was very ordinary. We had a lovely wait person - Wendy- who went above and beyond her duties. Gym was well equipped and very clean.

Excellent staff in the morning breakfast buffet one lady in particular I didn’t get her name . The only thing I would like to have been different is the room wasn’t dark enough , I suffered a migraine and I can only sleep in dark rooms, the curtains would been better as blockout and the smaller window directly across from the bed needed curtains . Great well-appointed quiet room. Having the beach within walking distance is nice. Lovely to see the landscaping has matured and attracts so much wildlife. Having a charger for my EV was excellent. Needs signage to stop non-electric cars from blocking the parking bay though.

We were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom villa which was a nice way to start. The room was amazing. The restaurant was fully booked but they found us an early table reservation for our family. Breakfast was great. The resort was clean, staff friendly.

Great Location and Grounds but Lacked Polish

We stayed the weekend for our "babymoon". We had a lovely relaxing stay; an overall positive experience. The location is amazing, as are the grounds and the pool. The room was perfect for us. It was a genuinely nice, relaxed atmosphere. The only downers were some elements that lacked a little polish; e.g. you'd done all the hard work and then missed some easy things. For example, when we arrived our room was clean, except for the windows. Not only were they a bit dirty, there were three large bird shits on them. I get that it's a lake view studio and there are lots of ducks etc; but when you're paying for a view of the lake, that's not really the first thing you want to see. Yes, we could've rung reception to have them cleaned, but it was quicker for me to just clean them off myself (which I did). It's just something that should be a given when you're paying around $500 a night (to have clean windows). Another minor thing; they let us know when we checked in that they were only doing turn-down service every two days. We were fine with this; the only thing I would've liked would've been fresh mugs and teabags. Yes, we managed with what we had re teabags and I just rinsed the mugs, but I'm fussy when it comes to clean mugs in the morning, and again, for $500 a night we would've expected more. Yes, we could've requested them, but again, we ended up just making do. We went to try and buy some bath salts from the spa but it had just closed (we could see the salts through the window). We asked at reception if they had any and they said no, go to the spa tomorrow. I'm guessing maybe the spa is totally separate but I would've thought you could either keep some salts (and similar items) at reception, or someone could've popped into the spa to grab some for us. Having such a nice big bath in the room is a giveaway that people are going to want bath salts/bath bombs etc (we were happy to buy them, we just wanted somewhere to buy them from). Again, not a massive issue, just a lack of polish. Finally, we'd booked dinner in the resort restaurant for 6.30pm the night we arrived. It turned out there was a wedding on the terrace and we were sat right behind the DJ and microphone. The speeches were on not long after we sat down. It was kind of funny and there was some good people watching, but really it was just awkward as, feeling that all the guests were staring straight at us as the speeches were on (obviously they weren't, but it was an awkward setup). Plus the general vibe of where we were sat was totally killed by the wedding. Had we known in advance we never would have booked there, and we should have been warned. Plus the food was pretty average; not sure if this was affected by them trying to get all the food out for the wedding. I know that sounds like I'm complaining about everything, but overall we had a really lovely stay. I just wanted to give some feedback on things that are pretty easy to fix, and would make the stay feel like a true luxury escape. We would definitely stay again; we'd just hope that a few little things had improved.

To Leighton & the team We love coming back to Bunker Bay. From the moment of arriving it was amazing. Kevin the concierge upgraded our room with a beautiful welcome pack & wine. It is clear Accor treats its Platinum members' & repeat guests well. This is the 4th time we have been to Bunker Bay in the past year & it never fails to delight. It is now becoming our favorite destination. The staff are delightful & the rooms are all very unique & inviting. One of the best things that have happened because of the Covid 19 is West Australian revisiting their own state & no doubt many tourists are seeing how wonderful Bunker Bay is. To the lovely staff, thank you for your energy & friendliness in promoting this beautiful part of the world. Just a couple of things I believe could be improved. I do believe some of the furniture & fixtures needs to be upgraded in the rooms. Also the scope of the menu has become more limited & there no bar menu which was always useful when you are staying multiple nights & choose not to use the restaurant for a change. I hope this returns as I was advised this is likely a short term thing. Thanks to all for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to seeing you again in December. Regards Phil & Myriam B.

Disappointing! So incredibly overpriced! Photos on the website were deceiving, did not show it's age. Parking was so difficult and far away from the room, this was not described on the website. Kitchen barely stocked with cooking utensils, was forced to eat out for every meal. Breakfast made me feel sick. Couch was so disgusting we refused to sit on it, it was also not facing the TV at all. No do not disturb sign, we called to ask for another one and for cleaners not to come and they came anyway. Have been telling people to avoid staying there.

Very pleasant experience. Staff were lovely. One issue I had was that the lounges in the bar were very uncomfortable to sit on. You want to relax whilst having a drink but felt very uncomfortable felt like I was slipping off.
