At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We usually adopt quite stringent processes for our cleaning regime and inspection of villas, so the missed used water bottle is quite disappointing. Despite initial problems with our booking, which the staff quickly resolved, we enjoyed the luxurious “feel” of the resort. There were a few issues with amenities in our room (including the phone) & the internal phone system (being transferred to the restaurant to make a booking) but the professional staff resolved these issues fairly promptly. There was a large group staying for a conference but that had minimal impact on other guests & we were very impressed by that. We will definitely stay at Pullman Bunker Bay again.

It feels that the Bunker Bay Resort is trading purely on location, and cutting costs at every corner. We come back to Bunker Bay Resort about once every year or two, generally when we can’t get accommodation elsewhere in the region. We love the beach, the rooms are a decent size, the staff seem friendly, however: - the resort is tired - the food is deplorable. We don’t bother with the free breakfast - cleaning the rooms every second day meant only once in our 3 night stay. Not ideal in a beach/sandy location - no bottled water - gym is tired, water cooler broken, weights missing, one treadmill ~30% out of calibration, sanitiser spray was empty all 3 days - kitchen is under-supplied with barely any utensils/cookware, and it’s all old. We had no breakfast bowls. Overall the it feels really clear that Accor hasn’t invested in the resort for a very long time. In the current environment no doubt Accor has a global cost cutting agenda, but that accentuates the shortfalls that Bunker Bay Resort already jasper-COVID. For a location that is fully booked all year round and has barely been impacted by COVID, I would have thought the cost cutting agenda would be so necessary. Perhaps Accor could shift focus to revenue generation by improving the quality of food and charging for breakfast, putting in a better restaurant, improving the rooms and charging more per night. My wife and I are now at another accommodation nearby in Dunsborough which is brand new, and amazing. As competition continues to increase I suspect Bunker Bay Resort will begin to be found out.

At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I am of course disappointed in your sentiment as we strive for a level of consistency for all of our guests. We welcomed new Executive Chef Kiren Mainwaring just recently whom is implementing new resort menus from next week. We trust that the changes will be welcomed by all guests that dine with us. Shortly after the October school holidays finished, we commenced a conditional improvement plan. This $1.2 million upgrade includes all furniture, fixtures and equipment that are coming to or at end of life. All of the gym equipment was leased new in 2019 through leading gym equipment Technogym. They attend site every quarter to service the machines. We have advised them of your feedback so we can resolve, if not sooner by our our team. As part of Accor's COVID Safety Plan - ALLSafe, we now sterilize all kitchen items after every guest stay, irrespective if used or not. The previously stocked kitchen contained too many items for the dishwasher so some items were removed. All items not presently stocked can be requested via Housekeeping. Also forming part of ALLSafe was the minimization of the spreading of the virus which resulted in villas not being serviced every day. Due to the no community spread in WA we are now revising this approach. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problems raised to prevent future occurrence. Fantastic location and staff service. Breakfast was very good. The room was dated and not properly cleaned. 612. There was a family next to us and they were very noisy and we were celebrating out wedding anniversary, so not so nice with a screaming child next door. Perhaps you could look at your bookings and locate families next to each other rather than couples.

always stay there when we head south,hard to beat overall experience ,staff are excellent.possums in the roof can be a problem at night.over all a 4 star resort .food in the restaurant is of a high consistent quality

We have made little homes for them in trees that are not located near villas to help entice them to stay within certain areas to assist.
