Wonderful Stay

We knew we would love staying here from the first moment we stepped inside we were impressed. Everything was to our high expectations, from the staff, the grounds, the villas and especially the cleanliness. The only little thing we found annoying, was trying to find our way back to our room the first few times, it would we really helpful if there were room numbers with little arrows pointing to directions of the villas around the resort making it easier for guests to find their rooms. Overall a really beautiful resort to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely recommended.

The hotel was great, clean and well located but very disappointed that our spa bookings, that we made at the time of booking did not go to the spa so we missed out on some of the treatments we wanted. Staff told us there were notes on the system that we had booked 18/3 at 3:45pm 19/3 at 10:45am and 20/3 at 9:30. Only 19/3 had actually been booked with the spa despite reception staff advising it had all been booked and we did not need to contact the spa.

I think the Pullman is playing on the location to make up for a dated resort that is definitely not at a 5 star standard based on my experiences of staying at 5 star resorts around the world.
