We stayed at 2 bedroom and one of the bedrooms stinked badly. I reported it twice and every time they said they will someone and nobody showed up. The shampoos and mositurers were empty and asked them to fill them twice... again never happened... the cleaning service took all of my baby's towels and I had to follow it few times and I got no answer or even an apology?! The buffet breakfast was half fresh and half stale. It improved on friday maybe during the week they use left overs more. I wouldn't rank this 5 star resort.

Unfortunately, my overall experience at Pullman Bunker Bay Resort was very disappointing. When I checked into the room, I immediately noticed that the cleanliness was below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. The toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the bedside table was also dirty. More importantly, I was extremely concerned about the lack of curtains in the living room area. I booked the room through Trip.com, and the photos shown during booking clearly indicated that the living room should have curtains. However, there were no curtains at all in the living room of the room I was given. This was not simply a cosmetic or furnishing issue — it was a serious privacy concern. Without curtains, anyone walking or passing outside could potentially see directly into the living room and observe what was happening inside. As a hotel guest, I should be able to expect a reasonable level of privacy inside my accommodation, and I felt very uncomfortable knowing that the interior of my room could be visible to people outside. To make sure this was not simply the standard design of the accommodation, I also observed that the neighbouring room had curtains installed in the same living room area. This made me question why my room was provided without them, especially when the booking photos also showed curtains. I raised this issue with reception, expecting someone to investigate or offer a solution given the privacy concern. Unfortunately, no one took proper responsibility or provided a satisfactory solution, which made the situation even more disappointing. There was also a significant issue with the in-room dining service. I placed my order at 6:59 PM, but it was only delivered at approximately 8:30 PM, meaning I waited around 1.5 hours for my food. Considering the poor room cleanliness, the serious lack of privacy caused by the missing curtains, the discrepancy between the room provided and the photos shown when booking, the lack of proper follow-up from reception, and the extremely slow in-room dining service, my overall experience was far below expectations. I sincerely hope the hotel management will investigate all of these matters with the relevant departments, particularly why a guest room was provided without curtains that are necessary for basic privacy. I am more than happy to provide additional details, photos, my booking information, or any other information required to assist with the investigation. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and provide an appropriate response.

The room was good - other than there was no conditioner in the shower - we asked twice for it to be replaced - never happened. The meals in the restauranr were good but the venue at night was dark and a little cold.

We have visited many times and the staff have been very helpful especially with my husband being in a wheelchair. We weren't offered any assistance and I was struggling pushing him up the hill for meals. Staff walking past totally ignoring us. My husband felt very guilty that I was struggling. I understand it is the land and it slopes but I can't understand how anyone seeing someone struggling and walk past them. Only person who offered help was a guest but at that stage I was on flat land. As much as we love the place and enjoy watching kangaroos I don't see that we would be able to visit again, has become too difficult. What really hurt was watching people very capable of walking being offered lifts and we were just ignored.

Nice hotel, however there was mould on the sheets. The admin staff were very flippant about it & I emailed the manager for no reply. I will never stay here again & will certainly advise friends and family to avoid a hotel that not only allows guests to sleep in mould, but also do not care about it!

From a comfortable room to a spectacular view. Placed in the middle of nature we were able to easily see the wildlife from Whales to Quendas. The breakfast was more than enough to see us through to dinner. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful. Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

Nice drive from Perth to Pullman bunker bay resort with wife and friends ( 3 rooms booked ) Garden bush view, watched the birds and rabbits doing there thing, nice walks on the beach lots of snacks as you can cook in the room If you want or up to the lobby for breakfast lunch or dinner. All food was very good.one night was very stormy weather lots of heavy rain ( slept good.)

The room’s outlook over the pond was awesome with only one minor issue. The local bird life had crapped over the table, balustrade and decking. We thought the cleaners would have noticed on Day 2 but , hey! they missed it.So I took it upon myself to attempt to clean the crap off the balcony and inadvertently the glass table top slipped into the pond.Maintenance got onto that problem really quickly. Overall the whole place looks magnificent, now that we have been there 4 times, we will keep coming back. Staff are very friendly.

Great villa in an excellent location. Service was very good. Made us feel special.

We have stayed at Pullman Bunker Bay 8 times and been extremely satisfied. However this visit was very disappointing because of the dinner menu. It was very limited choice, expensive prices for ordinary meals. Totally different from any other stay for us. Being an isolated resort the restaurant needs to be much better...like it has always been. The accommodation was fine, the staff excellent as usual, breakfast was fine, but dinner was very disappointing to the point I doubt we will recommend Pullman Bunker Bay (as we have in the past), until the restaurant improves its dinner menu.

Lovely to be have a welcome cheese plate & wine. Bunker Bay never disappoints with service. Our favourite Accor location!

All the staff at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly. Davide even remembered my coffee order!

Pullman needs to update, as it’s looking tired and old.

We have stayed at Bunker Bay Resort for quite a number of years. We had booked a king bed studio but were given a lake view studio which has a smaller kitchenette - so no hot plate, no dishwasher, minimal cutlery for cooking, no dining table and no sofa (just 2 small chairs). In addition, the bed was hard and uncomfortable - definitely in need of a new mattress. We are Accor gold members, so we were a bit disappointed with our stay this time around. On the plus side, the buffet breakfast is pretty good and the location is stunning.

Disappointed! Sorry not sorry, but this is the feedback you need in order that the next guest leaves feeling better than me…. This would not have been our choice for accommodation, but it was our daughter’s choice for her wedding reception, and we wished to be close/available if she needed us. At check-in all seemed great, close to Katie’s room, but their privacy maintained…perfect! , the path from carpark , walking to our room, at 5pm was lined with laundry bags… not a great introduction to the resort. Upon opening our room, and first glance around the ensuite, was mortified to see body hair in the floor of the shower. I immediately called housekeeping to ‘check/reclean’ our room. I declined the change rooms as we had already let the kids know where we were, and did not wish to have to explain a move. Housekeeping clearly came whilst we were away from the room, and what I had indicated was cleaned away, but I would say the bathroom was still not very clean (photos taken which I can share if you like), but black mould on the tiled pillar near where the taps are (waist height, but closer to the water), and orange residue in the tiled shower floor corners closest the toilet end of that space. The marble vanity top was not fully cleaned (I was able to wipe away previous guests brown makeup marks) and there is a teaspoon shape mark on the top approx near the water glasses that did not wipe away … etched into the top?? These were our biggest concerns (health/sanitation), but also feel the need to share our observations about cracked and chipped cups at breakfast. My coffee cup had 3 small chips on the rim, not a deal breaker but not great. I then noticed the cup my son was sipping from had a crack right through that was absorbing the coffee before our eyes. It was very busy time in the breakfast area and I was unable to discretely get the attention of staff so these were left upturned in the used plates. I do hope they were noticed and removed from service. Overall the staff interactions were wonderful, the waitstaff are a credit to you, and the food both at breakfast and at the reception was very nice. Our resort room (136) furnishings are tired, watermarks/coffee cup rings and old varnish on the bed siders and coffee table, buttons on the dishwasher unable to be read, cobwebs down the wall from ceiling to bedside lamp (wardrobe side). The ‘garden view’ was rather disappointing…lots of weeds in the mulch, and a view to the wire fence, and beyond to the bush, and the gardens in general around the resort look to be in need of reticulation repair/weeding/refresh. One area we walked past going to/from the main building was very ‘stinky’ from sitting water. Grateful we weren’t having a room near there :-(. I get it that the resort is 20+ years old, but the price to stay is very modern/up to the minute…. I was very disappointed with the (lack of) cleanliness , this bit is so easy to get right but in our instance you failed
