Hotel moderno in una posizione tranquilla e da cui si raggiungono comodamente a piedi le principali attrazioni della città; il quartiere attorno è ricco di locali; la passegiata lungo il Bosforo è a due passi. La camera è molto spaziosa, confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. La colazione è varia e abbondante, con prodotti di qualità. Un punto forte è la spa, con palestra, piscina, bagno turco e sauna a disposizione; volendo a pagamento è possibile ususfruire anche di massaggi e dell'hammam. Staff disponibile e spazi comuni accoglienti.

An einer für Istanbuler Verhältnisse ruhigen Seitenstraße, direkt gegenüber vom alten Paket-Postamt am Galataport, liegt dieses Novotel. Unser Zimmer in der ersten Etage des Hotels liegt auf der Straßenseite. In der Nacht konnten wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen! Da das alte Postamt nur zweistöckig ist und einen gewissen Abstand hat, hatten wir einen guten Blick auf den Himmel. Ab der zweiten Etage ist der Ausblick besser, dafür aber auch der Preis für ein Zimmer deutlich höher. Zimmergröße ist gut, Betten sehr bequem. Alles sehr sauber. Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Vor dem Eingang des Hotels wird häufig geraucht. Dadurch kann es zeitweise zu einer gewissen Geruchsbelästigung in den darüber liegenden Zimmern kommen, sofern das Fenster geöffnet ist. Die Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes verfügen über keinen Ausblick, es kann durch die Klimaanlage zu einer Geräuschbelästigung kommen. Im Haus gibt es ein "Lokanta" im Erdgeschoss und ein Restaurant in der obersten Etage, die beide vom Guide Michelin empfohlen werden. In unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Museen und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Galataport liegt vor der Haustür. Auch Fähranleger, Tram und Bus sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

We stayed at the Novotel for a week and were very sad to leave. The rooms were clean and simple. Breakfast was wonderful, offering both savory and sweet options with a fantastic view. The Chef there, his name is Serkan and his team are really great and care about their guets and their needs. Special Thanks to Serkan Chef. The front desk staff were endlessly accommodating, kind and generous with their time. Great people and thanks to Hassan and Mehmet. Highly recommend!

We had a good time staying at the hotel. It's location is amazing, Excellent breakfast prepared with Chef Serkan with a superb view, comfortable rooms. The location is excellent and great the facilities. Staff are great. The hotel is located in perfect Neighbourhood where it’s close to restaurants and shopping malls.
