I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the service in the hotel’s restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming – truly exceptional service throughout. Mark and Eva were amazing. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding hospitality!

I recently stayed with a large group of friends at the Mercure Gerringong Resort & would not hesitate to recommend it as a great place to stay. The rooms were well finished and spotless & the staff in both the office & Dining Room were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

Large spacious room, quiet location

We stayed here for two nights; in a very spacious room, with a comfortable sofa, soft bed, good bathroom. Unfortunately, it rained a lot during our stay, and walking up the outdoor (not under cover) stairs with luggage was not so great, and could be slippery. Located in a quiet part of town, this hotel is away from the town centre and other restaurants and shops. The breakfast was the standard hotel buffet, and sufficient; with very friendly service. As a Platinum member, we appreciated the efforts to reduce plastic by gifting members a good quality reusable water bottle. Thanks!

Great location - clean and tidy rooms, with rooms being of good size - the property is beautiful with many outdoor areas to relax with one having a fire pit

Mercure Gerringong Resort has clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms with beautiful views. The check-in was smooth and efficient. The restaurant is excellent, but not open every night. The village is only a short drive to a reasonable choice of eateries. I'll defititely stay again.
