Terrible check in experience. Room only at 345 despite assurance that we’d get a room by 3. Food in the restaurant was the worst I’ve eaten in years. Hamburgers were cold. Ibis salad was more meat bits that were cold than anything resembling vegetables. Horrid.

- Room door wasn't closing smoothly - WiFi in room was awful - Food (dinner) wasn't good - AC was left ON during the whole day and very cold - Towels were changed daily despite the "Let's be resource efficient" signs - Slippery floor in the shower (no mats)

The hotel and the room was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel is well located. The only thing is that maybe the windows need more soundproofing, because some people in the neighborhood were making noise until 3 am and I could hear it perfectly (I didn't have a room with a view of the sea, but to the back neighborhood).
