the room is nice so far i like it, view dari kamar nya juga mantep polll hahahaha, makanan enak enak apalagi di premier loungenya walaupun cuma sedikit pilihan tp okee bangettt, hari minggu anak juga ikut cooking class is nice for my kids he will get another experience from Novotel, thank you

The food is great. I ordered nasi goreng seafood and pineapple juice. Nasi goreng is so tasty and the pineapple juice is so freshh. The staff is so nice and helpfull. Even we ordered so much food, there is no any single mistake in our order. The ambience is so enjoyable, especially at night

Hotel adheres to high standards of cleanliness and coziness. Welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Shopping mall attached. Local breakfast is available with fresh and delicious variety food and beverages. room is nice, have smoking room as per request...... breakfast is nice.. but i do hope in future they can provide me a bidet... good facilities....., good location next to shopping mall.. staff is friendly and helpful.. i really enjoy my stay here...
