Have stayed in this hotel couple of times and every time THE STAFF of the hotel has gone above and beyond ensuring a great service experience. This time i visited their SQUARE restaurant and I am a purely vegetarian person, My special thanks to MS.PUTU and MS.VERO for a great dining experience. They both are GEM of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience. Thanks once again for everything. God bless all.

Very nice Atmosphere, quite, friendly staff, helpful staff, the food is very good especially waffle and pancakes.. Recommend place to healing and shopping.. love and glad to be part of Novotel 🥰
