Great accommodation when visiting Ayers Rock

Really great accommodation for visiting Ayers Rock. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Tours leave from the hotel next door which is a five minute walk. The apartments are very close to the shops including a supermarket which is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There is really good air conditioning. The WiFi worked well. There is a washer and separate dryer and they provide detergent.

Dirty, smelly, terrible!

This place is nothing to do with the pictures and price. It’s dirty, dusty, full of dead and alive cockroaches and flies.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! First of all the room was disgusting, it was filled with bugs and cockroaches and extremely dusty. 2nd we left for 2 nights to do camping and they didn’t clean our room over those 2 nights. For what we paid it is completely it completely not worth it.

Given our remote desert location, we do experience more wildlife than is typically seen in metropolitan areas. Weather patterns also impact the wildlife we see, and as a result, we are currently experiencing an influx of insects. Please be assured we will review this with our operational team. Regarding housekeeping, our apartments are serviced on Day 4 for stays of 5 nights or more. An early cleaning can also be requested via our reception team. Lovely spacious accommodation in the village. The kitchen was well equipped. Nearby well stocked supermarket. Only downside was the air conditioning was very noisy.

Nice accomodation

This was a great option travelling with three adults. Separate bedroom and our son slept on the sofa bed. Great to have some kitchen facilities. We didn’t mind that the apartment wasn’t serviced during our 3 night stay - there were loads of towels supplied there was nothing else we needed. Air con was a little clunky sounding but didn’t need to be on for long as it heated up really quickly. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, short walk to town square and restaurants. Would stay here again.
