It should be a 3star hotel. Due to their enviromental cares,the fridge was removed from the room-reasonably because it consumes energy and produces heat znd you need aircondition then-but it was not removed from the suites.... Usually we keep our refreshments there,to be cold at any time and there is no need to overpay one that will come in 30' if you order it at the bar. Upon our entrance in the room, there was a massive stain on the carpet. It should havd been replaced carefully with a piece of carpet, but... And among all, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. Poor variety for breakfast at the price of 27€ per person. At least some change with something new every day could be something. And of course, not a single help with the baggages. We had to carry them in and out and asking for assistance they told us there is a trolley available. Not a bad hotel though, nice decoration, close to the main station, but all the above do not lead us to a future stay there. We love Vienna..♡

Isıtma kapalıydı, odada donduk kış ortasında. Wi fi 4 gün boyunca arızalıydı.

odamızın ısınma sorunu vardı. fan çok geç ısıtıyordu ve maximuma getirince çok sesli çalışıyordu. ayrıca alırken farketmemişim çünki ihtimal vermediğim bir şeydi,odada buzdolabı yoktu. bu nedenle çok mağdur olduk. oda günlük temizlendi ama tuvalet kağıdı bittiği halde konmamıştı. çıkıp kendimiz almak zorunda kaldık. ayrıca odada telefon da yoktu. ve bir de hemen her otelde bulunan banyo terliği,kulak pamuğu vb hiçbirşey yoktu. konum olarak iyiydi. ama hizmetten ve oda şartlarından memnun kalmadık

We regret the inconvenience caused by the room temperature and the noise from the fan when set to maximum. Our rooms are equipped with a seasonal air system that switches to heating mode during colder months, but we understand that comfort and quiet operation are essential. Please also note that refrigerators are available in our Executive Rooms and Suites. Standard rooms do not include a minibar, which we acknowledge may not have been clearly visible during booking. We’ll gladly assist in selecting a more suitable room category for any future stays. Regarding housekeeping, we sincerely apologize for the missing toilet paper refill. While rooms are cleaned daily, such oversights should not happen. As our rooms do not have phones, we encourage guests to contact reception via the App or in person at any time. Basic amenities like slippers and cotton pads are not part of our standard room setup but can be requested at reception. Your feedback helps us improve and is greatly appreciated.
