It is unacceptable that the room was cold in winter and that the internet service was unreliable for several days. odamızın ısınma sorunu vardı. fan çok geç ısıtıyordu ve maximuma getirince çok sesli çalışıyordu. ayrıca alırken farketmemişim çünki ihtimal vermediğim bir şeydi,odada buzdolabı yoktu. bu nedenle çok mağdur olduk. oda günlük temizlendi ama tuvalet kağıdı bittiği halde konmamıştı. çıkıp kendimiz almak zorunda kaldık. ayrıca odada telefon da yoktu. ve bir de hemen her otelde bulunan banyo terliği,kulak pamuğu vb hiçbirşey yoktu. konum olarak iyiydi. ama hizmetten ve oda şartlarından memnun kalmadık

Our rooms are equipped with a seasonal air system that switches to heating mode during colder months, but we understand that comfort and quiet operation are essential. Please also note that refrigerators are available in our Executive Rooms and Suites. Standard rooms do not include a minibar, which we acknowledge may not have been clearly visible during booking. We’ll gladly assist in selecting a more suitable room category for any future stays. Regarding housekeeping, we sincerely apologize for the missing toilet paper refill. While rooms are cleaned daily, such oversights should not happen. As our rooms do not have phones, we encourage guests to contact reception via the App or in person at any time. Basic amenities like slippers and cotton pads are not part of our standard room setup but can be requested at reception. Your feedback helps us improve and is greatly appreciated. As the name suggests it's just a two minute walk from the Main Train Station. The check-in was efficient and quick. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a sofa on the side. The bathroom too was large with a separate shower area with good hot water and pressure. The cleaning of the room and replenishment of amenities is done by the phone app. The breakfast is varied with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. Highly recommended for a stay close to Vienna Hauptbahnof

A really well located, comfortable and value for money hotel for families

Just across from the wien hbf, this hotel is probably the best located family friendly property to base yourself in when in Vienna. The family rooms are compact but very thoughtfully designed and even the sofa bed was very comfortable and amazing value for money. Had breakfast for a few days in the stay. The spread was good and extensive but the same everyday. At 27 Eur per person it is pricey but kids eat free and that is good value.

Clean Rooms, Great Restaurant, Perfect Location

It was an excellent experience overall. The location is perfect, right next to the train and metro stations. The rooms were clean and tidy (a bit small and missing a fridge). The restaurant was wonderful, and the staff were extremely helpful, especially the two sisters. The reception was also good. The value for money was fair, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt nice and fresh.
