Hiç memnun kalmadım klima sıcak çalışmadı 2 gece dondu bebeğimiz,kahvaltı kötüydü omletler çok kötüydü,televizyon kumanda ile uyumsuzdu ve gereksiz WiFi kilidi vardı

I am truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations and that several aspects caused discomfort for you and your family. Please allow me to express our sincere apologies, especially regarding the issue with our heating–cooling system. Due to the unusually mild temperatures shortly before your arrival, the system was still operating in a neutral mode that automatically reacts to the outside weather. The sudden temperature drop unfortunately made it difficult for us to adjust the settings as quickly as we would have wished. We fully understand how upsetting it must have been for you as parents when your baby felt cold during the night. I am relieved that our Front Office colleague was able to speak with you personally and find an acceptable solution for your departure, but we deeply regret that the situation occurred in the first place. It is also disappointing to hear that you were not satisfied with our breakfast selection and that the omelets and television setup did not match our usual standards. Unfortunately, we were not able to retrace the specific issue with the omelets afterwards, but we truly appreciate your feedback and will include it in our internal review to improve our service moving forward. Your comment regarding the Wi‑Fi login process has also been shared with our technical team. Please rest assured that your experience does not reflect the level of comfort and quality we strive to provide. Kış mevsiminde gittiğimiz için konum olarak çok büyük avantaj sağladı. Ana metro istasyonunun hemen yanında olduğu için dışarıda çok fazla vakit geçirmeden gideceğimiz yerlere rahatlıkla ulaşabildik. Ana metro istasyonunun içinde ve çevresinde çok çeşitli yemek ve alışveriş alanları vardı, o da çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, lobi ve kahvaltı alanı genişti. Çocuklar için çok güzel bir oyun alanı vardı, Odalar temizdi, rahattı fakat dört kişilik aile odası biraz küçüktü bence. Bir de standart odada buzdolabı olmasını tercih ederdim, çok büyük bir lüks değil çünkü. Ayrıca kaliteli sabun, şampuan ve duş jelinin yanında bir de vücut losyonu olsa çok iyi olurmuş. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

konum çok iyiydi ancak ikinci gün otelimize geri döndüğümüzde oda kapısında teknik bir sorun oluşması sebebi ile 1 saatten fazla süre odamıza giremedik ve çok yorgun olduğumuzu belirtmemize rağmen bekleme süresinde yeni bir odada beklememizi kabul etmediler. odaya 1 buçuk saatin sonunda girebildiğimizde de odanın temizlenmediğini gördük
