Thank you very much for your kind feedback! We're delighted to hear that our team made such a great impression, and that both our location and room quality met your expectations. Regarding the air conditioning: we're sorry to hear the fan was very loud and the cooling insufficient. Our system is currently set to cooling mode centrally throughout the hotel, so if you experienced genuinely weak cooling along with unusual noise, this could point to a technical issue with that specific unit. We've shared this with our technical team, and would encourage guests to reach out to reception directly if this happens, so the room can be checked right away.
