Regarding the air conditioning: we're sorry to hear the fan was very loud and the cooling insufficient. Our system is currently set to cooling mode centrally throughout the hotel, so if you experienced genuinely weak cooling along with unusual noise, this could point to a technical issue with that specific unit. We've shared this with our technical team, and would encourage guests to reach out to reception directly if this happens, so the room can be checked right away. Otelin konumu merkeze 15 dakikalık mesafedeydi. Resepsiyondaki personel oldukça yardımcıydı, güleryüzlüydü. Ayrıca resepsiyonda çay kahve ikramı harikaydı. Odalar temiz, havalandırılmıştı. Kahvaltısı da harikaydı ve mutfak personeli de çok yardımcıydı. Odalardaki tek eksik hijyen kitiydi. Onun dışında bir eksik yok.
