Мы много лет останавливаемся в отелях Ibis и всегда этот бренд ассоциировался для нас с высоким уровнем качества и клиентоориентированности. Наше проживание в отеле Ibis Wien Hauptbahnhof в г.Вена 17.02.20-28.02.20 стало настоящим разочарованием. Начнем с того, что бронирование отеля осуществлялось мною в статусе Silver, что предполагает бесплатный ранний въезд и выезд. Бронирование осуществлялось за несколько месяцев до заселения, в связи с чем я поинтересовался в Accor Live Limitless, сохранятся ли за мной эти привилегии, с учетом того, что заселение произойдет в период, когда статус Silver закончится. Мне было сказано, что если бронирование и оплата произведены в статусе Silver, то все привилегии сохранятся по окончании его действия. Незадолго до заезда в службе поддержки Accor Live Limitless от этих слов отказались, сославшись на некие правила о которых меня никто не уведомлял. При этом, мне было обещано, что при наличии свободных номеров, ранний въезд и выезд будут предоставлены мне бесплатно. На это было предоставлено соответствующее письмо отеля. По приезде в отель, я поинтересовался, есть ли у вас свободные номера. Мне было сказано, что есть и в них можно заселиться сразу, но только за 25 евро. Мы не могли ждать в фойе до 15 часов и были вынуждены заплатить. Такая же история повторилась и при просьбе предоставить поздний выезд. При наличии большого количества свободных номеров, с нас опять потребовали 25 евро. Мне не жалко этих сумм, но мне чрезвычайно неприятно, что компания, с которой мне довелось иметь дело на протяжении стольких лет и работой которой я всегда был очень доволен, опустилась до столь мелких вещей. По сути, такое отношение стало для меня личным оскорблением. Про сам отель: я хорошо знаком со стилем и качеством работы отелей Ibis и всегда оставался ими доволен. На этот раз нас встретил молодой плохо обученный персонал, сотрудники не могли с первого раза ответить на простые вопросы, постоянно прибегали к помощи коллег. Сам номер Ibis Wien Hauptbahnhof выглядел достаточно убого для своего уровня, неудобная мебель, отсутствие чайных и кофейных принадлежностей (раньше это все было), поломанные вешалки, облупившаяся штукатурка в душевой. Несколько раз мы выкладывали сломанную вешалку на видное место, в надежде на то, что во время уборки ее заменят. Этого так и не произошло. Мы не знаем, что произошло за последнее время с отелем и почему качество обслуживания и отношение к клиентам так сильно испортились. Возникает ощущение, что Ibis всеми силами пытается снизить издержки, экономя на поддержании лояльности клиентов, квалифицированном персонале и вообще на всем. Все это очень сильно разочаровало нас, так как сеть отелей Ibis всегда была для нас в приоритете.

The place is quiet, elegant, clean and the staff are amazing. I stayed for 3 times within a week and in all stays everything was perfect. The location is what adds value. Literally 2 meanie from the main train station. Breakfast is varied and tasty. I will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed as usual staying in IBIS. very good location beside the train station and Belvedere . close to everything. the hotel itself is clean , very big. rooms are good size and clean. the heating is making a noise but its ok. the staff are very professional and nice.

Modern, nicely designed Ibis Hotel right outside of Vienna Central Station (Hbf). Nice rooms, fine for one person, for two persons it may get tight if you stay more than two nights. USB-plugs to charge as well. Very attentive and good breakfast service, average coffee quality. The only thing to question is: They say, the towels will be replaced only if we drop them to the floor. My towels were still fine, but they exchanged all of them at the first night, even I stayed alone and was there for two nights only, having plenty of towels. Big words and advertisement about sustainability - and the daily work procedures seem to remain different. To be improved: I had to send an E-Mail in order to receive my bill as pdf - it did not work automatically.

The main plus for this hotel is the location. Just across the street from Vienna main train station, which means a 15 minutes train ride from the airport. Nice staff, good breakfast, quite place. The only thing to point out is that the room could be better cleaned, although is quite good.

Located straight across from Hauptbahnhof, which is a 5-minute tram/train from central Vienna. Location is still reasonable, only a 15 minute train ride (take the OBB for €4) from the airport. Check in was easy. We thought the bathroom might be a bit small from the photos but it was more spacious than we were expecting. Great shower. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was €13 and the selection includes bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries, cereal, fruit, waffles, breads, juice and hot drinks - perhaps some cheaper options at train station if you'd prefer. Our only issue was the room was quite warm when we stayed in late December - we had to sleep with the window open as the in-room thermostat didn't seem to do anything (heating seemed to be controlled centrally). This made it a bit noisier. However this is our first trip to Europe in the winter and after staying at a few places since, it seems to be pretty normal to heat the rooms excessively and not give the guest any control over temperature. Remember that it is an ibis, so no face washer or individual soap etc. (there's liquid soap in shower and at hand basin) but that didn't bother us. Would stay again happily.

Our stay at this property was most enjoyable and comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful at arranging a lunch pack at very short notice. Being close to the railway station and other public transport meant that we could take trips to other places very easily. Will stay there again if we visit Vienna again.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience with this hotel. Despite checking in on line and confirming my late arrival after 11pm I arrived to find that there was no room for me! Eventually I was offered a room at an alternative Ibis Hotel in Vienna. However this wasn't immediately offered to me and I then had to wait for a taxi that took longer than expected to arrive before a drive across Vienna to a different hotel. This hotel was poorly located and much cheaper than the Hbf property. I was then also woken up early by constant trains going by outside. The following morning I then had to argue with reception to have them pay for a taxi to get me back to where I should have been, the Hbf.Not a good experience at all!

I sincerely apologize for the deficiencies and human errors that unfortunately caused inconveniences for you. It sure looks like there were some major flaws within our reservations department including the check-in procedures. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Too expansive in comparrison with what they offer - no fridge, not enough towels,heating only by airco which is not enough and also not healthy. Breakfast is poor so I went to Oberla cafe where it is much better and cheaper The only good thing is his position but this does not justify the price level.

This was my second stay at the Ibis Wien Hauptbahnhof. The location is excellent - right next to the main train station, which itself is only a 15 minute and €4.20 journey from Vienna Airport. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet, with spacious rooms and good bathrooms. The buffet breakfast (€13) is also excellent. Everywhere of interest in the city is easily accessible from this hotel on Vienna's first class public transport network. very good prices if you book ahead on the Accor hotels website. Highly recommended.

Immediately across the road from Wien Hauptbanhof, it could not be better located for those travelling by train. Also good tram and metro links to all parts of the city. Could not really fault anything apart frpm a USB port that was not working!

Stayed here for 3 nights for the Christmas markets. Really good service at reception, easy check in. Rooms were good with very comfortable beds. Located next to Hauptbahnhof station but we used Uber to get to the airport. Can't really fault it

Very clean and so so convenient for transport around Vienna and beyond.Good quality accommodation and breakfast.Staff very pleasant and helpful. For us a little too contemporary but don't let that put you off a stay.We Arrived from Prague by train and is literally a stones throw away from main station where you can also get to the airport for 4.20 Euros!Amazing value compared to home!Runs every half hour.No need to go and catch CAT train. All in all we would recommend.

The hotel is just outside the main train station in Vienna. It’s within walking distance to the Belvedere and a short trip by tram to the city center. The rooms are standard ibis, clean and neat. The staff are helpful, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast selection is good. There is a bit of construction going on around the area but it’s only during daytime so it’s not an issue.

The new main railwaystatio is the perfect place to stay in one of the e existing hotels around. But the new Ibis there has considerable construction failors. It is loud and under the shower you can only get extremĺy hot or cold water. Not to recomand it before that will be changed.

1. The service in the front desk when I came to the hotel was extremely unprofessional. The lady in the front desk didn't want to respect the deduction of 40 euro I got. 2. I asked also for a waking up call for the next morning and no one called me. I stayed at the room during the morning, till I got up by myself.
