Hotel is located very near to the venue for our conference. Heating was not provided even though it was December when we were there. The room was clean but really small; and we got their purportedly largest room. It is just a business hotel with no character whatsoever but we should not complain because we picked it for location. Other people complained about their breakfast but we found that pretty decent. I have had far worse for the price we paid. Staff not overly friendly but neither were they rude; I would not say terribly helpful either. What did not help is that we got ripped off by taxi drivers from Lisbon Airport to the place - 2 of us did on separate trips. Front desk staff that day tried to help, to be fair but he was a tad intimidated in case of reprisals by the taxi driver. Unlikely we will stay there again unless we have no choice.

The Hotel has a great location. It is walking distance from the Metro Station and to the Centro Vasco da Gama Mall were you can find many shops and restaurants. You are also walking distance to Parque das Nacoes, Parque do Tejo that walks right next to Rio Tejo. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, bed and pillows were excellent, bathroom great as well. I was surprised that I didn't hear any noise. Had daily room service. Breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and very nice. I definitely would stay in this hotel again

Stayed in this hotel several times, as is handy for the airport and Central Lisbon. However on a recent stay, the bar and dining area appeared closed after lunchtime as there was only one member of staff on reception. Managed to get some drinks after a heated discussion, the same thing happened on the other two nights we were staying here. Just not good enough, considering the hotel was full. Doubt we'll be staying again.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for the time you dedicated to your comments after staying overnight at our hotel. Our service hours were not changed, however on the 24th-25th and 26th of June, the hours did change due to the fact that we had 3 employees infected, it was not possible for us to replace employees in such a short time, we always ensure a service minimum but without a doubt it will have been different from other moments. Don't give up on us for that moment that was really isolated, we have all the services in perfect working order. Sure of your good understanding Sylvie Lopes

Tipical IBIS hotel, but much better then average IBIS.Ggreat breakfast with many choices. Cleanliness in room and lobby at a high level. Spacious underground garage (5 EUR). Good location, many restaurants nearby. All in all good choice.
