We had our group dinner (where we met everybody on our tour) and our farewell dinner here and the food was great and the waitstaff was very nice...we also ate at the restaurant and it was very good too (great wine!)...The front desk people were very attentive...The rooms were very nice...We would stay again...

There was nothing terrible about this place but nothing great, either. It felt old/rundown/dingy. We only stayed for two nights so we never had the chance to get to know the staff and their helpfulness. It was inexpensive and we were not going to be there long so I chose it, but I would not stay here again.

I had completed check in the day before our arrival indicating that we would arrive before 11 pm. We arrived around 11 pm, but it was clear that nothing had been done to facilitate a smooth arrival. Our family room sofa bed had no sheets. On closer inspection, I noticed that the mechanism was broken and the sofa was impossible to convert to a bed. Under the sofa pillows I found a few sheets of moist toilet paper. Very disgusting. Well past bed time for our kids, I walked to the reception, where I found a helpful person who gave us another room, which was a small upgrade to the next room type, with the main benefit of a free minibar. The room itself was similar, except this time the sofa bed was already made. We stayed for five nights and until the last night everything went well. The breakfast was great and the rooms were cleaned, items were replenished and correct amount of towels replaced every day. We had an early flight home and ordered breakfast boxed for 4.30 am. In the morning I went to retrieve them, but the night clerk informed that unfortunately nobody had prepared any kind of breakfast for us. We checked together, and in his book it was indeed correctly noted that we had ordered the breakfast. I said we were leaving in 15 minutes, but he was not able to offer us anything else than fruit, which I politely declined. This meant we had to buy extortionately priced breakfast at the airport instead.
