This is not my first time in this hotel so I new what to expect. And that is very nice, clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant and professional staff, like Mrs Judith and the other lady (whose name I can not remember now) who made sure I feel welcomed and made my check-in and check-out process run as smoothly as it could.

I had an amazing stay at the Mercure Dubai Gold District. From the moment I arrived, the service, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location, but what truly made my stay memorable was the staff—especially Navodya. Navodya went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout my stay. Whether it was assisting with check-in, answering questions, or making sure I had everything I needed, her hospitality stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to come across service this consistent and genuine. Because of her, and the entire team, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai—comfort, great value, and exceptional staff. Thank you, Mercure team, and a special thank you to Navodya for making my stay unforgettable!

Clean hotel, kind staff, and a great Pomodoro breakfast made my stay easy, warm, and very comfortable.

I stayed for several days at the Mercure Gold District Hotel near the Gold Souq Metro, and it was truly an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, and every time I stepped out of the elevator on the 8th floor, a pleasant and refreshing room fragrance welcomed me. All of the reception staff were genuinely kind. The valet parking staff were also very polite and incredibly friendly. The Pomodoro Restaurant on the First Floor (one level above the ground floor) offered an outstanding breakfast. As you can see in the photos, Ms. Sneha, Team Leader Mr. Mahesh, Chef Mr. Arvind, Chef Mr. Rupesh, and even Ms. Malisa and more...provided such attentive and delicate service that I was able to finish my business meetings comfortably. (I’m sorry that I don’t remember the names of all the reception team members.) I look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you, and may God’s blessings always be with you. Assalamu Alaikum.

The location is very convenient, just 20 minutes from the airport by metro. The rooms are very clean. A big thank you to the receptionist, Mariam, who was very friendly and helped me quickly check into my room after a long flight. I give this hotel 5 stars. There is a very good Indian restaurant, pharmacy and supermarket at the hotel building.

Lication is very good and comfortable to travel anywhere…. Rooms is very clean but noise a little bit in the morning All of things are good. Thank you so much for take care me very good. I really appreciated for all staff, F&B Supervisor (Tincy), Waiter, Waitress, Mariam (FO Staff), and HK Supervisor (Shafi) and Bell Boy (From Srilanka, sorry I cannot remember his name) 😜😜 I would love to come back again absolutely and I want to say that they are good role model to serve the excellent seevice. 😊😊
