I won’t recommend this hotel to my family or friends

The hotel is geared towards Indian nationality guests. Breakfast and dinner based on vegetarian Indian cuisine, very poor food selection. You won’t find any sea food option, or fish, poor meat selection, also we had only two options of cheese. Fresh salads mixed up with Indian spices. Very disappointed and after couple days we refused to eat in the hotel. Always jammed packed- we had to wait for 10mins to be seated. The hotel definitely not 5* it’s more likely 3. Shower cabin and toilet was covered in mould also tiles had stains. After having a shower water was from shower cabin was leaking to the toilet cabin - after we reported no actions was taken. Room service - after cleaning room forgot to provide towels - so had to chase them up. No iron in the room or hair dryer - also Had to ask. INDIAN dance Music on top roof was blasting away till 4am. - 2 nights in the row was sleepless. The best part was - car parking service - at least boys were able to park car and they did good job all 5 days we stayed there. I definitely WONT recommend this place to my friends or family. It’s overpriced place and it’s not worth paying that much money for awful service.

Service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and goes out of their way to service you. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Alwasys asking to help us. Hotel has a great ambieance. Many amenities with gym and pool and great entertainment within the hotel.

We stayed here for 18 days on a business/ pleasure trip as my husband needed to be in this area. The most outstanding point about this hotel is the entire team of staff and management. They are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and they are so kind and efficient. The general manager Mr Ankush Kaul, checked in to see if everything was satisfactory. He sent a gorgeous cheese platter and wine with his compliments, so very kind, thank you! We were presented with a beautiful cake for our anniversary ( which we had forgotten!!) We stayed in an executive suite, which gives you lounge access for food, snacks and drinks all day 8am to 8pm, alcohol 6pm to 8pm. This makes a stay extremely good value. This lounge is run during the day by the SUPERB Lady Lou. One of the nicest people we have ever met!! In the evening Hanane is in charge. A lovely lady also, thank you for your kindness . Head of house keeping checked in, thank you MJ and to Ruwan for the incredible towel and rose petal creations. The chef Surendra Rawat also stopped to check all was well. I could go on forever!! My husband has to come back again in a couple of weeks and will definitely stay here again. Room service was excellent as is the signature restaurant. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so special.

Totally not 5star hotel

The hotel was not a very 5 star hotel at all. 1 Unclean smell from the water in the room 2 Mold in the room, especially in the shower room, on the walls, in the corners of the floor, and where the shower hangs, was not cleaned. 3 I was offered slippers that were so black and smelly that I believe someone had used them. 4 When I called to request a change of those slippers, they did not come after 25 minutes. When I called again, I received a response as if I had received that request for the first time, and then had to call again because they did not show up after another 30 minutes. 10 minutes later, they rang the chime, even though I called a third time and told them I was going to bed and did not want them to come. I understand that it was late at night and maybe no one was around, but the communication of information and customer service was not 5-star. 5 The housekeeper's cart was right in front of the room entrance throughout the day, and it was unpleasant to see the cleaning supplies right in front of me every time I opened the door or came back to the room. I was surprised to see the garbage bags spread out, especially in the morning hours. It is normal to put them near the door when you go around cleaning that room, but other than that, you should think about where you put them. 6 When waiting for a cab at the basement entrance, the location was different from where I got off the cab on the way to the hotel, so I asked the receptionist in the basement if the cab would always arrive here by the name of the hotel. However, the cab came and wait me at the other entrance and it caused me to spent extra time in the busy morning. In general, I honestly feel that the price is not a "5 star for the price", but rather a "3-4 star level for the price". The rooftop bar was pleasant.

To start it was a great suprise to see how staff are non professional It was booked by my tour operator Dirty minibar,bathtub was broken, aircon was on despite informing them to let it off Put a 2days ago used spoon in my coffee cup to use again No tissue paper available in washroom and toilet Hand and body lotion dispenser was broken
