Not good for Diamond Members

Unfortunately this hotel is not a good choice for a Diamond member of Accor. The room wasn’t ready at check in and I got no upgrade. In fact I didn’t even get an apology or an explanation as to why I wasn’t upgraded. There is no members or gold lounge in the hotel. I wasn’t even offered complimentary breakfast. There is no comfortable place to have a meal in the evening. The main restaurant is buffet only. The bar is freezing cold with big screens and smoking. I ended up eating in my room every evening. The only place the welcome drink is offered is the highly air-conditioned dark bar. There are plenty of alternative hotels in Dubai that respect Diamond members. I see no reason why I should ever consider staying at the Fairmont again.

Friendly efficient staff.

The staff including Asman at the door, Mina our lovely waitress Sateesh the most efficient, helpfull and friendly waiter were all amazing. The sous chef Prashed couldn't have been more helpful and even gave me one of his delicious recipes. We would come back here just to see the lovely staff unfortunately I didn't get all there names 😕 . The hotel is on a busy road.andt very close to the metro station so its quick and easy to get around.. Everywhere is immaculate and everyone is so helpful and friendly. There is a transfer every day to kite beach which is very nice with restaurants and showers available also beds and showers to rent for the day.

Great stay in Dubai

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the hotel for three days recently. My stay was full of hospitality, care and quick response to any request, which made my stay one of the best experience I ever had. When leaving we had a 2am flight and the hotel allowed us to stay in our room for the day of checkout until 8pm which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is 5 star in every service and every aspect. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel for anyone staying in Dubai.

Best Events & Banqueting Team in Dubai

We hosted two events at Fairmont Dubai in one day, and the team were absolutely outstanding. We run large-scale events across Dubai and the wider region many times every year, and have been doing so for the past 10 years. Hands down, Fairmont Dubai’s events and banqueting team are the best we’ve ever worked with. They genuinely bent over backwards to make sure every single request was handled, and we had plenty of last-minute and not-so-easy ones. Everything was done with speed, professionalism, and zero fuss. The food, service, and overall execution were exquisite, and their calm, capable approach made a complex day feel seamless. Our events were a success because of them, and we can be difficult clients, so that says a lot. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved. And a special shout out to Jen and Cindy. They are phenomenal, and as long as they’re around, we wouldn’t hesitate to host events here again. Deep gratitude to the entire Fairmont Dubai team. You truly deserve all the recognition.
