We are genuinely sorry to hear about the inconveniences you faced and would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the shortcomings in your experience. Please know that this is far from the standard of service we aim to provide. The issues you mentioned—clogged wash basins, delays in basic amenities like tea cups and towels, the quality of crockery provided, and the condition of the furniture—are all being taken very seriously. We understand how frustrating these lapses must have been and are truly sorry for the impact they had on your stay. Additionally, we regret that our breakfast service did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding both the variety and delay at the live counter has been shared with our kitchen team for immediate review and improvement.
